CRITIQUE FOR HORLEY & DISTRICT, 27th AUGUST 2017
SOFT COATED WHEATEN TERRIERS

I would like to thank the Committee for their invitation to judge at their show and for my steward who kept things moving smoothly.

J, (1)

1, Lawrence’s Keevasdream Red Velvet, 6 months old, good mouth, dark eye, neat ears, enough neck, good topline, coat colour coming through with good texture, moved well in profile but a little close behind going, good tailset, showed well for her age, BP & TPG2.

PG, (1)

1, Lawrence’s Kinaelan Finlandia Gaia, up to size bitch with good head with dark eye and well placed ears, good reach of neck, level topline, coat of good colour falling in loose waves and with the beautiful lustre of an Irish coat, good angulation front and rear, moved well, RBoB.

O, (1)

1, Gale’s Flaxela Drop Dead Gorgeous JW, well balanced bitch of correct size, feminine head with good eye and neat ears, good reach of neck, good shoulders, well held topline, moved with drive out and back and in profile, coat of pale wheaten colour with good texture, good tailset and tail carriage, BoB, & TG3.
