AUSTRALIAN CRUFTS 13 Australian Terrier Judge(s): MR M S KING VD (1) 1. Harbershon’s Werribee Blazing Banner. 9 yrs with great attitude and temperament, good overall size, good head, nice mouth, straight front, coat in good order, moved parallel. PGD (2) 1. Small’s Bethane Conna Sir. Did everything to try and spoil his chances, but could not deny good solid type, good arch of neck, well laid shoulders, coat needs to finish, did not use ears to advantage. 2. Brown’s Millvalley Blue Dashwood at Ralindi. B/t with keen expression , well made body but coat not at it’s best, a little sluggish on the move. LD (3.1) 1. Bell’s Farfadet Du Pre Des Valois Avec Belyndi. Appealing dog with good head, ears and eye demonstrating keen and alert expression, positive movement. 2. Moore’s Riverwye Poacher. Not a s forward as 1 and not as positive on the move, head of good proportions, nice teeth, coat could be better. OD (10.1) Quality Class and pleasure to judge. 1. McCourt & Eardley’s Silhill Chip Off The Old Rock. Very smart and appealing young dog with lots of positive breed attributes, well proportioned throughout, good head with strength of muzzle, neat well set ears, dark eye, clean shoulders, good body shape, coat in good condition, moved well. Dog CC, his 3rd, congratulations and BOB. 2. Tsuyuki & Mills’ Aust/JAP/FCI Ch Cliftop Gunna Be A Star. Lots of star qualities and pushed winner hard, would prefer stronger head, nice arch of neck, well bodies, coat very good, best mover of the day. Res Dog CC. 3. Skelton’s Ch Millvalley Scotch Mist. Not disgraced in quality company and worthy Champion, good head and ears, good upper arm and front construction, well sprung ribs, good coat and colour. VB (3) 1. Garon’s Belyndi Fly The Flag. 8 yrs, Nice overall type and shape, good head with correct bite, free mover. 2. Skelton’s Werribee Platinum Glory. Showing more signs of age than winner, but in good overall condition, nice rear angulation. 3. Jackson’s Wilfnbell Ms American Pie. Head ok, nice eyes and ears, carrying too much weight and moving little wide in front. PGB (2) 1. Leeson’s Millvalley Red Coral. Nice overall shape and good length of body, good head, well muzzled, good ear carriage, straight front, coat in good condition, moved true and easy. 2. Brown’s Ralindi Fatal Attraction. Coat not in as good order as 1 and spoiled her chances by not settling on the move. LB (4) 1. McCourt & Eardley’s Silhill Scarlet Ribbon With Sherex. Feminine appearance and nicely balanced throughout, presenting pleasing outline, head of good proportions, well bodied, in good coat, moved parallel. 2. Foskett, Tyrrell & Freer’s Silhill Stelata. This lady looked better on the table than on the floor when she pulled herself together to show positive virtues, good outline, well made front, good topline with well set tail, moved OK. 3. Brown’s Ralindi Express Yourself. Would prefer better coat and more freer movement. OB (5.1) 1. Jones’ Ch Wyeafon Illusion in Red. No illusion today, what you saw is what you got, quality bitch in tip top order, one I have judged previously and awarded Best Puppy to, very pleased she has progressed so well and fulfilled expectations, good head and expression, dark eye, good neck and topline with well set tail, well sprung ribs, coat in good condition, moved well. Bitch CC. 2. McCourt & Eardley’s Silhill Snap Dragon with Sherex. Very nice type and will push for further honours in the future, nice size, outline and balance, good head and expression, well made shoulders, good rear angulation. Res Bitch CC. 3. Couvidat’s Fr Ch Falbala Du Pre Du Valois. Good basic shape and breed type, good head, strong muzzle, good body shape, moved OK. Max King (Judge) |
