I would like to thank Darlington Committee for inviting me to judge Bedlington Terrier’s, this was my first appointment in awarding CC’s. Thank you to all the exhibitors who supported me. My only hygiene observation that concerned me was I found quite a few dogs with dirty teeth.
PD (1)
1st – Miteymidgets Modern Love - 9 months old, a nice size puppy with a lovely dark eye and correct bite, a lovely long neck, leading into a nice front. Shown in a super coat and texture, good topline and a nice tuck up. Good muscle tone, moved ok, a promising puppy, awarded BP.
LD (3)
1st – Tunman Full Throttle At Jukenblu – 2 years old, good shape and size, nice thin ears with a dark eye and correct bite. Deep brisket and nice tuck up, good rear angulation, with correct tail set, moved well.
2nd – Miteymidgets New Vision JW – 18 months old, a strong head with nice big white teeth, a lovely size and good for bone. A nice deep chest with a good tuck up, well muscled, shown in a lovely blue coat, moved ok, just missed out on 1st place needs time to mature.
OD (7,2)
1st - CH Tcherra Tchaleston – 5 years old, blue, good size with a nice linty coat, a lovely head with a dark eye, a nice long neck leading down to a lovely front, with a deep chest and brisket, well muscled. Correct topline and held whilst moving with drive. Pleased to award him DCC.
2nd – CH Bluesmurf Boogie Woogie – 2 years old, another nice dog, good for size in a lovely dark coat, nice head, correct bite and thin ears. A lovely long neck, deep chest with a nice tuck up. Moved well pushed hard for top spot, awarded RDCC.
VB (3)
1st – CH Miteymidgets Going Global JW Shcm – 8 years old, a lovely blue girl that certainly doesn’t look her age. A lovely size shown in a great colour. Feminine head with a dark eye and correct bite. Nice front, deep in brisket, good rear angulation and well muscled, moved well keeping her topline, awarded a well deserved RCC and BV.
2nd – CH Janmark Jkay JW Shcm – 8 years old, another lovely blue girl, just didn’t have the coat condition of 1. A nice head, dark eye with thin ears. A fantastic deep chest with correct arch over loin, good rear angulation, moved and handled well.
PB (2)
1st – Agnellino’s Song Bird – 9 months old, up to size but in proportion, a nice head, correct bite and thin ears, a lovely long neck with a good tuck up. A nice blue linty coat, moved well for a youngest.
2nd – Janmark Je Ne Slas Pas Avec Mickleview – 9 months old, a good size, nice outline, dark eye with correct bite, nice long neck, deep chest , well muscled. Couldn’t see her true movement today, just needs to settle down.
JB (6,1)
1st – Mactufts Nanny McPhee – 14 months old, a nice size with a lovely head and correct bite, deep brisket and good tuck up, linty coat and nice rear angulation, moved well.
2nd – Honeymist Pinkey Promise At Chaselyne – 17 months old, a lovely feminine youngest, a nice size, in great coat condition. A nice head with thin ears, deep chest and good for bone. Good rear angulation and correct tail set. Moved ok but was very nervy with the wind which affected her movement.
PGB (3)
1st - Toolbox Yes Why Not At Squidlyannes (Swed Imp) – 14 months old, nicely balanced, a good head with a dark eye, deep in chest, a nice blue coat, kept her topline and moved well.
2nd – Mactufts Kindred Spirit – 16 months old. A nice size, ok head with correct bite, in good coat condition with good tuck, well angulated and good for bone, moved ok.
OB (7)
1st – CH Chaselyne About Thyme – 3 years old, a super young lady this is just what I’d been waiting for, a perfect size, a lovely feminine head with correct bite, dark eyes and thin ears, a nice deep chest with correct front, deep brisket and good tuck up. Well muscled and correctly set tail carriage, nice rear angulation, kept her topline on the move. Well presented, a well deserved BCC and BOB.
2nd – Miteymidgets Little Hottie At Squidlyannes – 2 years old, a lovely size, in a nice linty blue coat, good head with a dark eye and correct bite, deep chest and correct front. Nice tuck up, good for bone with good muscled rear quarters, correct tail set and moved well.
