BEDLINGTON JUDGE MIDLAND COUNTIES 14

Bedlington Terriers

MPD

1 Thompson’s Jetsway Bollinger, most promising at just 6 months, nicely made, of good size with pleasing head, strong bite, neat ears & has a good outline, in profile & on the move. Took a little while to gain confidence, but gathered himself together & should progress.

JD

1 Pedersen’s Sharnor High Intensity, nice for size & shape overall & scored in head & neck, with neat feet, a good slope of shoulder & held a good topline & looked the part on the stand. Let himself down a little on the move.

LD (4,1a)

1 Rainsbury & Hamilton’s Jetsway Chaser, judged this lad as a puppy & he has really come on & matured. He has good head proportions & depth of skull, complemented by a dark eye, neat well set ears & a pleasing neck & topline well held on the move. Once settled, covered the ground well, showing correct action both fore & aft. RCC;

2 Hamilton’s Harrisclub Mister Moonray, nice head with good depth & scored in neck & shoulder with good topline & tuck-up. A little heavier overall than 1 & although an adequate mover, did not show the action & drive of my class winner;

3 Morris’ Honeymist Mellow Tone in Bluemazzu.

OD (6)

1 Kiernan & Liu’s Sharnor High I’m Viktor at Kierlander, gave him the puppy group at Three Counties & this boy is going on so well. My notes show pluses for head, neck, layback of shoulder, balance, angulation, presentation coat & outline. He is quality all through & asks you to look at him as soon as he comes into the ring. I thought his movement & side gait was first class. CC & BOB;

2 Jones’ Pengerrig Unique, right for size & balanced throughout. Narrow deep skull, good bite all complemented by a good reach of neck & layback of shoulder. Excellent topline & tuck-up & though a little hesitant at first moved out with a light & springy action both ways;

3 Brady & Carter’s Ch Tcheria Shenanigans.

MPB (2)

1 Ames’ Sharnor Instnt Infatuation, a baby, but feminine & nice for size. She has much to command attention with her head, body shape & balance catching the eye. A little erratic on the move at first, but she soon got the message & covered the ground well both ways. Loved her attitude & expression;

2 Yearley’s Lowbrook Little Mo, different type, rangy sort & somewhat hesitant at first, but again a baby. Pleased in head shape, with good bite, excellent length of neck, neat feet & strong hocks. Not the topline of 1 & a little loose in front.

PB (5)

1 Bannister’s Tcheria Tchaffinch with Miteymidgets, three nice puppies here, who will no doubt change places over time. My winner was nicely balanced, well made with an attractive well carried head, long neck & a pleasing outline. Shown in a pleasing coat, she is balanced on the move & held a good topline;

2 Jones’ Tcheria Tydfil of Pengerrig, close up to 1 & I note a litter sister & similar comments apply here. She has a most pleasing front & is nice for size & shape. Covered the ground well on the move. I just preferred the topline of 1 on the day;

3 Hurley’s Fralex Culibre Amber.

JB (6,3)

1 Hurley’s Lend Show Melissa Blu Flower at Fralex, lovely blue, what a showgirl & presented so well. Scored in head & jaw with excellent dentition & neat in eye & ears. Balanced all through with a cracking topline well held on the move. Covered the ground well both ways. BP;

2 Garbutt’s Aireview Xmas Star, a little unsettled & not the outline of 1. Pleased in head, eye & neck, she has neat feet & is well angulated at the rear. Moved well going away; 3 Owen’s Bisbee Rising Star.

PGB (2,1)

1 Morris’ Blumazzu Ballerina, well made liver, nice for size & shape, correct bite, head proportions OK & has a good reach of neck, neat feet & well held topline. Moved out quite well, especially from the rear.

LB (8,3)

1 Ames’ Sharnor High Hopes, litter sister to BOB & it shows. She is so well made with shape & balance for all to see. As you work through she has quality in head, neck & shoulders & has a nice arch over the loin, well held on the move. I think she has much more to give & will watch her progress with interest. CC;

2 Walshaw’s Janmark Jkay, quality once again. Well presented & handled this young lady is another classy exhibit coming along well. She has a neat balanced head with good depth, correct bite, nice eye & reachy neck. Good depth of brisket & showed a nice outline on the move. Covered the ground well. Will go much further I am sure;

3 Kinn’s Burmington Reet Petite.

OB (8,1)

1 Bannister’s Ch Miteymidgets Look Of Love, class & quality here & pushed hard for the CC. My notes give plus factors for presentation, balance, topline, head carriage & angulation. Head proportions were good with a correct bite & shown with a lovely jacket. Drove well from a strong rearend. RCC;

2 Davies’ Honeymist Posh Dream, well presented, in good coat & has all the attributes & plenty of quality. Scored in head shape, eye & ears with neat feet & a nice arch & tuck-up. Not the movement of 1;

3 Mcnally’s Aireview Cristal Blue.
