PD (3) 1 B Caramel Wafer at B; 2 Hollingsbee’s Otterwood Caius, masculine head, good muzzle, good ears & dark eye. Good bone & feet, good length & racy in the rear, good coat & condition, nice youngster also with good potential; 3 Pile’s Tarkaswell Dr Zhivago. JD (3) 1 Guvercin’s Glebeheath Name That Tune, good skull & short muzzle, dark eye & well placed ears, good bone & feet, well constructed front, good length & good loin, well set tail & holds good outline, a balanced quality youngster who needs a little more coat to complete the picture. RCC; 2 Kelland’s Kyscafter Frosty Jack, masculine quality head, good ears, good neck & bone, good topline & loin, preferred front action & reach of winner today, well presented; 3 Gordon’s Tarkatale Just George. PGD (6) 1 Haydon & Gibbings’ Earthtaw Dexter, masculine & workmanlike, good type & overall balance, good depth & spannable, good textured coat & covered ground well, alert & active; 2 Girling’s Benattivo Betfred, a very nice dog with good head & eye, good neck, bone & width, slightly longer cast, good front action on the move & in good condition; 3 Waller’s Question Master. LD (3) 1 Gordon’s Tarkatale Midnight Memory, good skull & eye, well set ears of good shape, good neck, & well assembled front, good bone & depth, good rear angles, covered ground well & holds balanced outline, good coat texture & well presented; 2 Jenkins’ Badgerbeck Uncle Fester, masculine head, good muzzle & dark eye, good neck & quality bone with good feet, good front action but winner had a bit more drive today, coat just coming into its own; 3 Stevens’ Cobstoneway Ocean Sunrise. OD (5,1) 1 Spencer’s Ch Cobstoneway River Magic, masculine otter-like head with small well set ears, dark eye, good length of neck into well assembled front, good depth & width, spannable, strong loin & well set tail, racy in the rear & holds a very good outline when covering ground soundly, well presented in good harsh coat. CC & BOB; 2 Hunt’s Ottaswell Palamedes, masculine balanced head with dark eye, good front & depth, holds good topline & well set tail, prefer drive & outline of winner today, another with lots to like & presented in good condition; 3 Squibbs & Barker’s Cobstoneway Lazy River. VD (2) 1 Freeman’s Bolt Tail Jebba, in lovely condition for age, good head & eye, good neck & bone, good topline & well angled rear, good coat & condition & moved freely holding good picture. BV; 2 Anscombe’s Tufterslodge Walnut at Orangebox, another nice dog in very good condition, slightly finer but balanced, good coat & also stands on good feet, good breed type & also a credit to owners. MPB (2) 1 Spencer’s Ploughdown Persephone, feminine baby of good quality & type, good skull & eye, good muzzle, good ears & moderate neck, good bone & feet, good rib & rear angulation, was very together on the move holding a good outline, good harsh coat & well presented, lots of promise. BP; 2 Gregory’s Remony Frosted Ivy, another feminine youngster who was unlucky to meet winner in such good form, good body shape & also stands on good feet, also spannable & of good type, well presented but not as developed as winner. PB (3,1) 1 Sansom’s Tarkaswell Doctor’s Orders, feminine head with good eye & ears, good neck & quality bone, good depth & rib, good loin & presented in good harsh coat, racy in rear & covered ground well; 2 Tuffin’s Withershins Zelda at Oatberry, slightly larger cast but balanced & of good type, good bone & body condition, balanced head with well set ears, covered ground freely but preferred the drive of winner. JB (6) 1 Anscombe’s Orangebox Photo Finish, good skull & muzzle, dark eye, a well assembled front, good feet, good rib & spannable, good loin & holds good profile on the move, good harsh coat, a well presented balanced dog; 2 Hales’ Ottaswell Aida at Hoathwood, good skull & eye, well set ears, good neck & depth, straight bone, & good outline, good loin & well angulated rear, free mover & nice shape but preferred drive of winner; 3 Parry’s Glebeheath Maiden Name at Oakyard. PGB (9,2) 1 Baird’s Tojamatt Debutante for Dowgri, quality head & good eye, good neck & good bone, good depth & rib, good body condition, good type & harsh coat, covered ground well, active & good expression. RCC; 2 Aldous’ Twigglestone Elfenor, another good head with good expression, good bone type & overall balance, good tail & good coat but not as finished as winner, spannable but preferred front action of winner; 3 Martin’s Bortino Lady Jane. LB (9) 1 Gregory’s Remony Winter’s Diamond, good skull, muzzle & eye, well placed ears, moderate neck, good length & straight bone, good topline & stands on good feet, covered ground well & in good harsh coat; 2 Jenkins’ Badgerbeck Prada, balanced feminine head with good expression, good neck & body shape, good bone, adequate forechest & covered ground well, racy in rear, not as finished as winner & preferred front action of 1; 3 Haydon & Gibbings Earthtaw Elegant.
