I only found 1 mouth fault and that was in the bitches, so i won’t be mentioning teeth except some could have been cleaner and please watch movement there were some iffy ones here today.

1st -Arunmere Midnight Cowboy (Mrs A J Parsons) 7-month-old, good type ,head of good proportion for age, good bone, in nice jacket, moved ok

1st -Otterbobs Brimmer (Mr J R & Mrs H Gilpin) 11-month-old a little cracker of nice size, good otter type head, good front neat feet, correct pelt and jacket, a little spooked on the move but seen enough, one for the future.

2nd -Otterholme Ulysses (Ms T Jones) Bigger Than 1st, very similar remarks as one, good coat, good length of body, good backend, nice tail carriage another who may do well

3rd -Raedwulf Alchemy (Miss J Singh)

1st -Earthtaw Making the Day (Miss J Haydon) 15month old very nice head, nice ears, strong in jaw, excellent bone nice feet, nice shoulders moved well should have a lot of fun with him

2nd -Gwynfe Carreg Glas of Foxchapel (Mr W & Mrs V Davies) similar remarks as 1 but in a smaller frame, i liked both these dogs both, very workman like, good front, strong bac

1st -Kevrah Orion Seeking Orangebox (Mr M & Mrs T Anscombe) 18 months old D/G full of breed type, nice head, nice front, standing on good feet, good length of neck, coat just coming through, moved out well both ways

2nd -Goldenmill Houdini At Raedwulf (Mr M & Mrs V Atkinson) Another good type, similar in head to 1, neat ears, dark eyes, deep narrow front, nice body, in correct texture jacket

3rd -Lessien Whip Crack Away (Mr A & Mrs L Burgess)

1st -Raedwulf Alchemy (Miss J Singh) Third in Puppy, dark grizzle, strong headed dog, good ears, eye, strong body move ok

1st -Onthill Nighthawk (Mr V J & Mrs M Pearce) B/T l liked this dog for breed type, nice head, correct front and shoulders, nice texture on jacket, spannable, good bend of stile, he moved positively and with power

2nd -Knowecrag Tam O'shanter By Irton (Mr D & Mrs A Fryer) B/T bigger than one and carrying a bit of weight, As always by this Kennel shown in Full Coat of good texture that’s needed on a working Borders moved ok

3rd -Prince Rainbow Blue (Miss R Bevan)

1st -Otterbobs Tolson (Mr J R & Mrs H Gilpin) A very Smart Dog , full of breed type Loved his head broad skull, dark eyes, strong underjaw, neat ears, good bone standing on good feet, narrow in body that could go anywhere easily spanned with good pelt, moved with drive, pushed hard for the CC had to settle for the RCC has today the CC winner had more Jacket

2nd -Rock Sam At Raisbeck (Mrs G Hyslop) Different type to 1st strong headed dog good eye, neat ears, not as easily spanned as 1, correct topline, another who moved with drive

3rd -Barkanellie Blackadder (Mr I & Mrs J Taylor)

Res -Thistlestone Glenfiddich (Mr S Whisker & Miss J May)

1st -Stowthorney Wicker Man JW (Mr R Brewster & Ms J Green) Star of the show for me today, I see he was under me when I judged the Group at East Of England this year and on the day, he did nothing for me, But today he was a different dog definitely got the wow factor, lovely head and skull, darkest of eyes, strong underjaw ,enough length of neck deep and narrow in the body, good bone with nice feet thick pads, well carried ribs, lovely tail with correct carriage, harsh full jacket, moved so powerful around the ring won the CC and B.O.B third CC today i was told Congratulations

2nd -Moleschamber Finlaggan (Mr B Dennis) Another lovely dog, but preferred the head on 1, good front, and bone, correct shoulders, jacket in good order, moved out well both ways

3rd -Chatmoss Bullet Tooth Tony JW (Miss J Hughes)

Res -Cedarhill Front Of House (Mr F & Mrs H Freeman)

VHC -Ir CH Barnby Caramel Wafer At Bimandi JW ShCM (Mrs M J Holmes)

1st -Clipstone Starshine (Miss E & Mrs J Jackson) 8 and half year-old young man, lovely type head, dark eyes, Lovely bone, good length in body still moved out well in fine fettle nice to see the oldies out and about best veteran in breed

2nd -Glebeheath Smash N'grab At Jordith (Mrs L.M.I & Mr A.M. Jordan-Smith) 7-and-a-half-year-old another in good fettle, nice bone and feet, narrow front easily spanned, moved with ease thank you for bringing them under me

Minor Puppy - Bitch Entries: 4 Absentees: 2

1st -Liatch Madame Pommery (Mr D Shields & Ms I Glen) 7month old grizzle young lady, and a star in the making , what a lovely type, Feminine head, dark eyes, lovely front and bone lovely feet bone, nice body for her age and moved positively i will watch her progress with interest.

2nd -Arunmere Annie Oakley (Miss J Hughes) Another 7-month-old very similar remarks as 1 but she seemed a little spooked today it was very noisy in the hall, she had a nice head, nice bone, i think these two will change placing in the coming years

Puppy - Bitch Entries: 8 Absentees: 2

1st -Foxfactor Happy Go Lucky (Mrs K D Stockley) Wow what a smart Puppy just over 9 months old, one of the ones who moved so well today I’m very excited about her and looking forward to how the future pans out
lovely type head for her age, darkest of eyes, very narrow body, with gun barrel front neat bone standing on lovely feet, racy hindquarters, coat just started coming through but you can feel the harshness, and as I said flowed around the ring, best puppy in breed well done, another good one from this kennel

2nd -Etterbern Mrs Bucket (Mr G Ingram) 10-month-old another lovely puppy, who should go on and do well similar to one but not the movement as yet, but i be pleased to own either, she is a stylish puppy so looking forward to

3rd -Raedwulf Mata Hari (Mr M & Mrs V Atkinson)

1st -Earthtaw Making Magic with Clipstone (Mrs E & Mrs J Jackson) Stood alone but a very worthy winner, stunning bitch, feminine otter type head, good front lovely bone, correct in shoulders, good neck, ribs carried well back, good hindquarters that helped her move so well

1st -Tarkaswell High Fidelity (Mrs C E Samsom) very smart bitch, narrow deep body, good length of rib, easily spanned, harsh jacket correct pelt, moved soundly both ways

2nd -Rhozzum Wood Lark (Miss R Bevan) a nice bitch very similar to one just thought she was a tad longer in body nice jacket easily spanned, moved well

3rd -Orangebox A New Hope At Itsaso (Miss L Tanton-Joy)

2nd -Foxcourt Amber Spirit Gambler (Ms S P Greenway) D/G bitch, very similar remarks as 1 but she was a little ring shy today and that’s a pity because i did like her but work hard and you will do well

1st -Glebeheath Button It (Mrs J Guvercin) wow Factor when i seen this bitch, oozes breed type, Otter type head, dark eyes. strong punishing jaw, neat ears, good length of neck, nice bone straight legs standing on good feet thick pads, easily spanned ,ribs well back with Racey hindquarters, her jacket in A1 condition, she got movement to die for honoured to give her the first CC should make it to the top house easily

2nd -Benattivo Flower Power (Mrs S J & Mr C P Girling) Smaller type than one but still a Quality bitch, lovely head, good front and bone, narrow all through could go anywhere kennel that keeps producing the goods

3rd -Goldenmill Illusion at Vandamere (Miss J Singh)

1st -Dandyhow Pandora (Mrs K Irving) This Kennel keeps producing Quality after Quality and this bitch is no exception, for me this is my ideal of the working type and size i would have, Quality head, dark eyes, v shaped ears, enough bone, standing on good feet, body narrow well sprung ribs spanned easily, moved with drive she had to settle for the RCC today as 1 was in a better jacket but heard she recently got made up congratulations

2nd -CH Benattivo Fire Flower JW (Mrs S J & Mr C P Girling) Another quality Bitch from this Kennel, not a lot separating her from 1st today, super type presented in A1 condition, could change placings on another day, otter type head narrow all through, moved with drive

3rd -CH Ravenside Marsha At Jordith JW (Mrs L.M.I & Mr A.M. Jordan-Smith)

2nd -Glebeheath Gold'n Girl For Knowbury (Mr & Mrs D Nightingale) 8-year-old young lady, not showing her age one-bit, similar remarks as above enjoying her day out
