Thank you to the exhibitors for accepting my decisions in a sporting manner. Also thank you to my very efficient Steward on the day Judy Carr, with her experience she kept the day flowing excellently. Overall I was very pleased with the dogs placed on the day, generally there was a better quality bitch entry compared to dogs. Movement and wide fronts was an issue with some exhibits but generally ok. I was happy to see my BP, take Puppy Group 2 and BSBIB. take SB. Group 1. MPD (5,4) 1 Armstrong Benattivo Woody At Ploughdown. Blue and tan 9 month old promising pup. Otter head with good ear set, strong jaw with correct bite. Nice length of neck leading into narrow shoulders with straight front. Easily spanned with good length of rib leading into well angulated rear quarters, moved well around the ring. Correct double coat with loose pelt. Pleased to award this BPIB and see him go on to be awarded PG 2. PD (10,1) 1 Atkinson Raedwulf Nightfall. 10 month old Balanced pup. Flat skull with dark eye and good expression, correct dentition with strength of jaw, good length of neck with well placed shoulders. Narrow throughout, easily spanned, with level topline, shown in correct double coat. Well angulated rear with good tail set which was carried well. Moved with ease. 2 Swallow Howthwaite Godfrey To Otterbuck. 11 month old with otter head, correct scissor bite with good sized teeth. Good shoulders with narrow straight front, spannable with nice length of rib and good rear angulation, moved well. 3 Butler Ycart Just to Ground. JD (6,1) 1 Horner Stineval Lambert JW. 14 month old, balanced dog with otter like head with correct bite, narrow throughout easily spanned,good length of neck and ribs. Shown in good double coat with loose pelt. Well defined rear angulation. 2 rassieRavenside Run To Me. Good otter head with dark eye, well placed ears, strong lower jaw with correct scissor bite. Spannable, shown in harsh coat, held his tail set well as he moved with ease around the ring. Pleased to see this dog take SBIBG 1. 3 Grace Hunter Harry’s Son. YD (2,1) 1 MacDonald My Morning Sunrise. Larger frame of dog, otter type head with good bite and large teeth, double Jacket loose pelt, moved ok. PGD (2) 1 Dixon Thornheswin Huntsman. Blue and Tan with typical otter head with keen expression and dark eye, neat ears, strong lower jaw with correct bite, straight front, spannable, narrow throughout. Good length of rib, harsh jacket, loose pelt, in good fit condition, moved ok. 2 Fraser and Butler Ycart In with Hounds. Larger in type than 1st. Correct scissor bite with large teeth, nice reach of neck with narrow front. Spanable with good length of rib, level topline. shown in correct double coat. Carrot tail carried well on the move, shown in good fit condition. LD (9,4) 1 Inness Cedarhill Dish Of The Day For Dexlin. Balanced dog with otter head. Strong jaw with correct bite, nice reach of neck with well placed shoulders, straight narrow front and easily spanned, Loose pelt with good double jacket, well angulated rear quarters, moved with drive. 2 Dixon Thornheswin Ring Of Fire. Another balanced dog, otter head, narrow throughout well muscled with correct double coat, moved well. 3 Potts Kadaredhills Breaking Free. OD (2) 1 Gilpin Ch Otterbobs Tolson. Quality dog. moderate broad head with dark eye and keen expression, correct dentition, excellent reach of neck. Straight front, Spannable with enough rib, level topline with well set tail. Shown in correct double coat with thick loose pelt. Muscled rear with good turn of stifle,tight feet, moved well. Pleased to award him D.C.C. on the day. 2 McKay Ch Achouffe McKay’s Fable of Redesholt. Balanced dog with otter head. Strong lower jaw with correct bite and big teeth. Spanable with level topline with well set on carrot tail, shown in good harsh double coat with loose pelt. Movement ok. VD (3) 1 Baxter Mysulan Going Solo JW. 7 year old Blue and Tan fit dog shown in top condition, certainly not showing his age. With typical otter head, neat ears with strength of jaw and correct bite, good reach of neck with well placed shoulders. Spannable, shown in harsh double coat, well muscled angulated rear. Moved with purpose. Pleased to award him RCC on the day. 2 Archibald Lairehope Highland Chief Of Tweedburn. 7 year old dog nice in type everything in moderation. Otter head with Scissor bite, well placed shoulders, straight narrow front, ribs carried well back leading into well angulated rear. moved ok. 3 Hamilton Stineval Basil Of Cromlechs ShCM. SpBeginD (1) 1 Grassie Ravenside Run To Me. See Junior Dog. MPB (5) 1 Ellis Normbar Maggie May. 7 month old promising racy pup. Feminine head with neat well set ears, dark eye, correct bite. Narrow throughout with good length of rib, well angulated rear,stood on tight feet. Coarse double jacket with thick loose pelt. Moved with ease around the ring. 2 Baxter Mysulan Free and Easy. Another promising pup which on another day could easily swap places with 1st place. Otter head with strength of jaw, correct bite. Good of reach of neck with well laid shoulders straight front, correct double jacket with thick loose pelt. Well angulated rear quarters, moved well. 3 Mann Lynsett Miss Molly. PB (7,2) 1 Barrett Howthwaite Gaan Divilish. Feminine puppy. Good strength of jaw with correct scissor bite. Well placed neat ears. Ribs carried well back. Harsh thick double coat. Good tail set which was carried well as she moved well around the ring. 2 Fraser and Butler Ycart Just Stood Baying. Blue and Tan pup with good otter head, scissor bite. Good reach of neck leading to excellent placed shoulder, narrow throughout with. Shown in correct coarse double jacket. Moved ok. 3 Armstrong Carrickfarm Myra. JB (6,2) 1 Swallow Otterbuck Chicago. Feminine bitch, otter head, well placed shoulders with narrow front, spannable, shown in full coat, thick loose pelt, good turn of stifle, moved with purpose. 2 Fraser and Butler Coral Gem Fiery Lucifer Via Ycart. Promising pup. Could easily swap places with 1st on another day. Narrow throughout with narrow straight front and good shoulders. Strong loin, ribs carried well back, correct double coat with loose pelt, a little unsettled on the move today. 3 Heeley Thistlemead Scentsation. YB (7,3) 1 Mysulan Rhapsody In Blue. Blue and Tan with a moderately broad head short muzzle, with correct scissor bite, small well placed ears, excellent reach of neck leading straight front, spannable with correct length of rib. Racy rear quarters with carrot shaped tail, moved with purpose. 2 and Glen Liatch Madame Pommery at Wilholme. Head ok with good bite, moderate reach of neck. Straight front, small feet. Spannable shown in double coat, well angulated rear, solid on the move. 3 Atkinson Raedwulf Mata Hari JW. PGB (10,4) 1 Dixon Thornheswin Huntress. Otter head with keen expression, straight front legs with ample bone, shown in full coarse double coat. Spannable with ribs carried well back. Good tail set. Well angulated rear, stood on neat feet, good movement. 2 Wakefield Remony Fallen Embers. moderate in skull, with neat ears carried close to cheeks. Good reach of neck giving way to well placed shoulders, spannable, narrow throughout. Strode out well. 3 Fordham and Cove-Print Umbala Sirocco. LB (15,5) 1 Sansom Tarkaswell High Fidelity. Balanced bitch of good proportions. with good neck and well placed shoulder Narrow throughout. Moderate in skull, neat ears carried close to cheek, correct bite with large teeth. Spannable with moderate length of rib. Shown in double jacket on loose pelt. Good turn of stifle giving good movement. RBCC. 2 Malcolm, Glen and Knowles Sweet Ebony Princess At Liatch. Feminine looking, straight in front, spannable with good length of rib. Harsh double coat, moved ok. 3 Baxter Mysulan Go Easy. OB (9,1) 1 Barrett Howthwaite’s Resolution. Totally balanced bitch with adequate strength of bone. pleasant otter type head, neat small ears and carried close to cheeks. Good strength of jaw with correct dentition. Well constructed throughout with good reach of neck leading to good shoulder placement. Narrow, spannable with moderate length of rib, strong well angulated rear quarters, moved with drive around the ring. Very pleased to award her BCC and BOB. 2 Pickering Picer Isabel Derby. Typical otter head with strong jaw and correct bite. Keen expression. Well laid shoulders and narrow front. Spannable with average length of rib, shown in full double coat. Level topline good tail set which was carried well on the move. 3 Sansom Tarkaswell Sea The Stars. VB (2) 1 Dixon Otterpaws Firebird ShCM. Typical otter head, correct bite with large teeth, narrow in front easily spanned with good length of rib, shown in tight harsh double jacket on a loose pelt, well angulated rear, moved well. 2 Rostron Keebank Withy Song. Feminine otter head, good strength of jaw with scissor bite, nice length of neck, spannable, shown in full coat. Moved ok. SpBeginB (3) 1 Wakefield Remony Fallen Embers. 2 Heeley Thistlemead Harmony JW. Balanced bitch with good head neckline and length of rib, correct scissor bite, spannable. 1 Armstrong Benattivo Woody At Ploughdown. Blue and tan 9 month old promising pup. Otter head with good ear set, strong jaw with correct bite. Nice length of neck leading into narrow shoulders with straight front. Easily spanned with good length of rib leading into well angulated rear quarters, moved well around the ring. Correct double coat with loose pelt. Pleased to award this BPIB and see him go on to be awarded PG 2.

1 Atkinson Raedwulf Nightfall. 10 month old Balanced pup. Flat skull with dark eye and good expression, correct dentition with strength of jaw, good length of neck with well placed shoulders. Narrow throughout, easily spanned, with level topline, shown in correct double coat. Well angulated rear with good tail set which was carried well. Moved with ease.

2 Swallow Howthwaite Godfrey To Otterbuck. 11 month old with otter head, correct scissor bite with good sized teeth. Good shoulders with narrow straight front, spannable with nice length of rib and good rear angulation, moved well.

3 Butler Ycart Just to Ground.

2 rassieRavenside Run To Me. Good otter head with dark eye, well placed ears, strong lower jaw with correct scissor bite. Spannable, shown in harsh coat, held his tail set well as he moved with ease around the ring. Pleased to see this dog take

1 Dixon Thornheswin Huntsman. Blue and Tan with typical otter head with keen expression and dark eye, neat ears, strong lower jaw with correct bite, straight front, spannable, narrow throughout. Good length of rib, harsh jacket, loose pelt, in good fit condition, moved ok.

1 Barrett Howthwaite’s Resolution. Totally balanced bitch with adequate strength of bone. pleasant otter type head, neat small ears and carried close to cheeks. Good strength of jaw with correct dentition. Well constructed throughout with good reach of neck leading to good shoulder placement. Narrow, spannable with moderate length of rib, strong well angulated rear quarters, moved with drive around the ring. Very pleased to award her BCC and BOB.

1 Dixon Otterpaws Firebird ShCM. Typical otter head, correct bite with large teeth, narrow in front easily spanned with good length of rib, shown in tight harsh double jacket on a loose pelt, well angulated rear, moved well.

2 Rostron Keebank Withy Song. Feminine otter head, good strength of jaw with scissor bite, nice length of neck, spannable, shown in full coat. Moved ok.

2 Heeley Thistlemead Harmony JW. Balanced bitch with good head neckline and length of rib, correct scissor bite, spannable. Typical double coat, loose pelt, angulated rear moved well around the ring.
