I would like to thank the Blackpool Committee for the appointment and all exhibitors for their support, making it a special day. I was pleased to see some heavy weight dogs making depth and quality in the classes. As a whole, I think breeders need to keep an eye on tail sets and short upper arms in minis and standards. On the whole, mouths and heads were good.

PD (2)

1. Adgar the Lion Heart (Newberry and Bartkowak) Heavy-set 11-month-old red and white dog. Strong head. Good fill. Good sweep of profile. Neat, well-set ears. Muscular neck flowing into a good topline. Straight front with good round bone. Shapely quarters. Moved with drive both ways. Well conditioned and handled.

2. Zabakrol Quickben (Zabinski) 9�-month-old heavyweight brindle/white dog. Strong head with good fill. Good eye and ear set. Correct mouth. Excellent bone and substance. He has a big frame but still needs to fill out. Won�t see the best of him until 15�20 months. Moved around the ring with drive. Well conditioned and handled well.

1. Boster Hill Bilboen (Foster) 12-month-old heavy-set white dog. Compact and balanced. Strong head, well filled. Correct mouth. Small dark eye. Well-set ears. Straight front with good round bone. Well-muscled quarters. Moved with drive both ways. In super condition and handled well. (D.C.C.)

2. Clansman Air of Menace (Towers) Quality 17-month-old heavyweight brindle dog. Another powerful boy. Strong, well-filled head and an excellent profile. Correct mouth. Keen expression. Ears bang on top when alert. Straight front with strong round bone. Good forechest and deep brisket. Moved well both ways. (R.D.C.C.)

2. Quentinhill Red Samoreye (Szewczyk) Another quality 2-year-old red/white dog. Heavy-set with a strong head. Good expression and well-set ears. Straight front with heavy bone. Plenty of forechest. Good topline. Shapely quarters. Covered the ground well both ways. In super condition. Well handled.

1. Karmaras Sugar Daddy (Karta-Williams & Williams) Quality, upstanding 2-year-old white dog. Strong head with excellent profile and deep muzzle. Keen expression. Elegant neck flowing into a good topline. Enough bone for type. Deep brisket. Covered the ground well both ways. In super condition. Well handled.

2. Kenzduo Black Bean at Donkerline (Thomas) 3-year-old black brindle/white terrier type dog. Good head, eye and ear set. Correct mouth. Elegant neck. Level topline. Shapely quarters. Moved better in front, closer behind. In super condition. Well handled.

Well handled.

Muscular neck into good lay of shoulder. Straight front with just enough bone for type. Deep brisket. Well-sprung ribs. Moved better in front, closer behind. Well handled.
