ENGLISH BULL THREE COUNTIES 17 Judge: Mrs E P Hollings BEST OF BREED : 4949 KARTA-WILLIAMS , Mrs R & WILLIAMS Mr T Kaiserbull's Tough Love At Karmara ENGLISH BULL JUDGE HREE COUNTIES 17 Bull Terriers I really enjoy judging this breed, you need your wits about you as they just want to do their own thing. I love the challenge! PD (3,1a) 1 Martin & Vanstone’s Diton Dixieland, useful sort. Has long head with good filling. Small dark expressive eye. Power in underjaw. He stands on well boned legs. Width & depth of chest. He has strong clean lines & balance; 2 Mundy’s Ukusa Hellacious, full of exuberance. He is well bodied, with straight round bone giving good leg to depth. Very positive front action. JD (0). PGD (1) 1 Fletcher’s Indelibull Inkreadible, a lively chap. Head is filled small obliquely set, deep set eye with that spark of naughtiness. Strong clean neck flows through to firm body. Has big ribs, firm back & muscled quarters. Did enough on the move. LD (4,1) 1 Karta-Williams & Williams’ Briden Fun Lovin Criminal at Karmara, has the balance throughout. Long filled head devilment in his deep set dark eye. Thin well used ear shows involvement in the proceedings. Powerful neck with length smoothly into power in forehand. Stands on good legs with strong round bone. Body is filled & topline strong. Has width to rump & muscular quarters. He is still able to move with lightness of step & ease of ground cover. RCC; 2 Stanley’s Fortifeyed With Beauty at Aricon, not quite the balance & could just soften in topline on the move. He is well built & has attitude but does his job to advantage; 3 Goodwin & Fitzherbert-Stewart’s Locoville Serge Blanco. OD (4,1) 1 Busson’s Crisalia Big Poppa, power with shape & ability to show suppleness of movement. That typical long egg shaped head with punishing underjaw. Uses his fine ears & has a look devilment in his deep small eye. Muscled neck through closely set shoulder which are well laid back, so elbow fit close to body. Stand so soundly on good legs & compact arch toed feet. Strong body width to muscular quarters, he uses himself so well on the move showing great character. CC; 2 Foster & Bicker’s Bilboen Final Conflict, decent head. Correct bite but would prefer stronger underjaw. Presents a balanced picture with good leg length for his size. Honest all through & goes round with some to spare; 3 Sheehy’s Cigano Dark Knight for Afanbull. PB (3,1) 1 Morris & Heath’s Bowmountbull Nightjar at Bluepoint, smart, sassy bitch. Good all over outline. Long, feminine head with strong wide underjaw. Eye is dark, small, obliquely set & has a look of fun. Built on strong lines & carries body for her age. She up & did, all asked & moved on with no wasted energy placing her feet in parallel lines. BP; 2 Melinger & Dryer’s Fraszka Kosmalkowo, not just gained the confidence of winner yet. She has thing to like & grow into. At this stage of her develoment looking a touch long cast. JB (4,2) 1 Karta-Williams & Williams’ Kaiserbull’s Tough Love at Karmara, a powerful bitch yet could only be thought as a bitch. Head is dry, well filled right down to the end of her nose. Strength in jaw. Clean through her muscular neckline, flowing through strong, well laid shoulder. Has big ribs & short wide filled loin. Buttocks are strong with width from muscle. Round bone, strong hock, from which she powers off. Her action is determined & forceful & economical in energy. Never lost that typical shape. CC & BOB; 2 Mathison’s Miss Divine of Blazinbullys, very useful bitch. Goes well in front. Just not quite the power in neck or ribs of winner, just yet. She has type & shape & feel has the ability to come on well. Time on her side. PGB (0). LB (5,3) 1 Thomas’ Bronygarn Paper Moon at Mostahbull, feminine with strength. Presents a good shape. Could have a stronger underjaw. Well developed ribs & forechest. Decent forehand. Strong hocks, so her movement is positive & sound; 2 Roff’s Bobuddy Quatre Bras, lively, strong. Has power throughout, so shows type & balance. Lots to offer, but really not working sufficiently, which was a shame. You can only do so much. OB (7) 1 Bradley’s Javarke Amara at Olliebrad, whilst this girl has quality, type & balance, she could not just match winner, for me, today. Has typical head, with length to nose & strength in muzzle. Dry flowing neck, has depth & forechest with developed ribcage. Strong topline. Correct croup & tail set on the low side. Impulsion on the move. Good quality. RCC; 2 Smalley’s Briden Diamond, loved this naughty girl. She is so good to go over & showed glimpses of fabulous movement. I did have to have more to justify a higher placement, could go all the way. Instead she gave it away; 3 Foster & Bicker’s Bilboen Glowing Goddess. PATSY HOLLINGS
