Nicely filled & turned head with good mouth, straight front with tucked-in elbows. Moved better in front than the dog, a little close behind. Good condition for age; 2 Brown’s Ply For Hire, showy cobby br/w dog, nearly 9 years. Strong filled head with nice turn & good underjaw, good mouth. Bit out at the elbow. Cat feet. Shorter in back than bitch but toed in at front. Good condition for age. MPD & PD (0). JD (4) 1 Nelson’s Bilboen Yannis, tri cobby dog, well made throughout, filled head without exaggeration, good mouth, lovely straight front. Moved well in front, closer behind but covered the ground; 2 Shippam’s Keckostaff Lover Boy, super headed white dog with wicked eye & expression, power packed head with sweeping profile, mouth undershot. Immature in body & slightly out at the elbow. Moved better in front than behind. YD (2) 1 Rowe’s Bilboen Xavier, cobby, compact r/w dog. Super power packed filled & turned head with excellent expression, mouth undershot, beautiful straight front with lovely cat feet, well made throughout, balanced & very shapely, super condition. Moved well in front, closer behind. Considered him for RCC; 2 Menikedes’ Sutabul De Ice Man, rangy white dog with nice bodylines, nicely turned head. Wicked eye, but lacks power under the eye. Mouth correct, straight front. Lightly ticked coat, movement difficult to assess as his handler seemed very inexperienced & was having difficulty moving him at the right speed. Really quite a nice type, but he didn’t make the most of himself. PGD (4) 1 Parkes & Burridge’s Chairdaice Dillinger, well made balanced r/w dog, lovely filled & turned head with good mouth & wicked eye, shapely throughout with lovely forechest & straight front with neat feet, moved well in front & OK behind. Seemed to lack the power of some of the other dogs but this may come with maturity; 2 Foster’s Bilboen Your Eyes Only, ultra typy & cobby masculine white dog, super sweeping power packed head, wicked expression, mouth OK, powerful quarters which he really drove from behind & covered the ground. Preferred the front & balance of 1; 3 Moore’s Charming King. LD (3) 1 Newberry’s Ukusa Quagmire, typy, cobby, compact white dog. Super expression, lovely turned & filled head with good underjaw & good mouth, straight front, shapely body, sparkling white coat, moved fairly parallel. Prefer more angulation. Seemed very distracted in the class so didn’t show at his best, improved with change of handler in challenge & I considered him for the RCC; 2 Kocaba Badlesmere Bertie’s Brother, upstanding, showy b/br/w dog. Powerful turned head with good expression & good mouth, lovely reach of neck & nice shapely outline, fairly well made throughout. Not as short in back as 1, prefer more rear angulation. MPB (2) 1 Williams’ Cwmdulais Hentarw Black Dahlia, super sweeping headed b/br/w puppy bitch. Good mouth, lovely reach of neck & very showy. Still got a lot of maturing to do in body as rather fine throughout. Nice turn of stifle. Prefer shorter back; 2 Malden’s Louka Special Lady, more cobby white puppy bitch. Strong head with good mouth, fairly straight in front. Prefer tighter feet. Good turn of stifle. Overall look is distracted by a skin condition. Still needs to mature on. PB (2) 1 Young’s Bullyview Sweet Memories, ultra typy white puppy bitch with sweeping profile, good mouth with decent underjaw, wicked expression, shapely body, lovely reach of neck, straight front with neat feet. Beautiful showgirl who just needs to mature on a tad in the body to complete the picture; 2 Morgan & Wilson’s Romagna Drama Queen, elegant br/w bitch, built on the same lines as 1, but longer cast. Lovely filled & turned head with good mouth. Ears could be better placed. Lovely reach of neck with straight front & cat feet, well angulated hindquarters. Moved better in front than behind.
