MINIATURE BULL BOURNEMOUTH 25

I would like to thank the Bournemouth Committee for inviting me to judge the mini’s at what is one of my favourite shows. Thanks must go to my stewards for all their help in keeping things moving and of course thanks to the exhibitors most of which had travelled a long way to show under me. It is nearly 4 years since I last judged and size is still a problem though is slowly improving as are mouths which I feel should be high on breeders priorities when considering breeding! I was conscious of the KC directive regarding in standing canines which were penalised accordingly. As always I was first and foremost looking for type and a show dog with attitude which Mini’s should have in spades and was very pleased with my winners. I felt that the bitches were again much stronger in depth than the males which is slightly worrying if you are searching for a stud dog to use in your breeding program!
