East Of England 12 Judge

CAIRN EAST OF ENGLAND 12 Judge(s): MRS M TAYLOR Cairn Terriers What a delightful breed to judge. Lovely temperaments & most had the correct size of teeth. J (4) 1 Patten & Inett’s Carradine Magic Penny, what a magic penny she turned out to be. Her attitude belies her 7 months, full of type, good mouth & correct shoulder placement, eyes of correct colour & shape, ears set correct, coat coming through well, moved Inett well for a baby. BP. Will watch her progress with interest; 2 Inett, Harrison, King & Leighton’s Carradine I Am Florence with Harkinleigh, what a character & she certainly lives up to her name as she bounced round the ring, but settled enough to see her movement. Good head & eye shape correct, good earset & mouth correct. PG (6) 1 Inett’s Carradine Brian The Lion, 20 months male, superb head & eyes correct shape & colour, good earset & correct scissor bite with good big teeth, good body & tailset on correct. Coat was of correct texture, moved so well. BD; 2 Keeves’ Seevek Who Dares Wins, 2 years male, slightly bigger than 1, but good type. He pushed hard for 1, but just lost out on movement. O (7) 1 Inett’s Come On Irene, bitch, what a star, typifies a Cairn from the tip of her nose to her tail, very workmanlike, but in no way did she look doggie, true movement. BB & BOB; 2 Keeves’ Seevek Dare Devil, male, most of the above applies but I just preferred the head balance of my winner. RBD; 3 Day’s Trekhilli Piccallilli. RBB. M L TAYLOR |
