CAIRN JUDGE SKC MAY 25

PD (1)

1 Ariom Northern Dancer with Winetta (Percy) Super smart, balanced red puppy in excellent coat. Well-proportioned head with correctly shaped dark eye. Neck flowed into a level topline, he has a well-set tail and good forechest. Front and rear movement sound for age. BP

JD (2)

1 Tycadno Shining Star Around Macmoon JW (Lamb & Saltmarsh) Cream of medium balance with a good textured coat. Expressive dark eyes. Good muscle tone and good movement both front and rear.

2 Mosspur Into The Shadows (Parkin) Red brindle with a good coat of correct texture. Dark expressive eyes, large teeth and correct scissor bite. Level topline which he held on the move. He moved with drive but today lost out on maturity.

PGD (4)

1 Furythor Reluctant Villain (Munday) Balanced dark brindle with a good coat. He has dark eyes, a deep stop and a scissor bite. Level topline and a front of the correct width.

2 Furythor Orion (Young & Lithgow) Dark brindle, in good coat. Dark eye and correct scissor bite, but I preferred the muzzle length on 1st. He has a correct tail set. I would prefer more length in the leg for a better balance.

3 Cornton Summer Special (Robertson)

LD (2)

1 Tycadno Magic Man (Thomas) Masculine, rugged wheaten who is medium in balance. Dark eye of correct shape, deep stop, large scissor bite. He has profuse head furnishings. His neck flows into a level topline. He has good muscle tone, small neat feet and moved well once settled. DCC

2 Wonderpaws Obi Wan Kenobi (Griffiths) Eye catching wheaten with dark points and an excellent coat. He is masculine was presented well and is medium in balance. He has deep well-sprung ribs; I preferred the neck flow and ear set of 1st. RDCC

OD (3,1)

1 Ch Glenrood Galaxy at Tribannon (Waugh) Up to size, balanced grey brindle. The same comments still apply as when I judged him previously. He has dark eyes, large teeth and a correct scissor bite. He stood well forward on his forepaws and he has correct angulation both front and rear. Good muscle tone and sound movement. Just missed RDCC on coat quality and lack of sparkle.

2 Lentrica Mystic Warrior (Munday) I judged this dog as a puppy, and he has now matured nicely. Dark brindle in good coat. Balanced outline, with good but not excessive bone. Dark eye, correct scissor bite and a deep stop. He looked slightly out at the elbow, but actually he wasn’t. I preferred neck length and movement on 1st.
