CAIRN OCT 25 Judge: Mr M Armstrong 1. Percy’s Ariom Northern Dancer with Winetta. Masculine head and eye, nice neck and shoulder, good legs and feet, nice ribs, top-line and tail set, strong quarters, moved well, in nice body and coat, BP. JD (3) 1. Saich’s Lindcoly Golden Buick. Quality dog of lovely breed type, excellent head and eye, neat ears, well constructed front, nice legs and feet, good top-line and quarters, nice tail set, good ribs, moved well, in good body and coat. 2. Lamb/Saltmarsh’s Tycadno Shining Star around Macmoon JW. Masculine head, nice eye and expression, neat ears, good neck and shoulders, nice ribs, top-line and quarters, good tail set, moved ok, in nice body and coat. 3. Parkin’s Mosspur Into The Shadows. PGD (4,1) 1. Young/Lithgow’s Furythor Orion. Quality brindle dog, masculine head, nice eye and expression, good bite, well constructed front, nice bone and feet, nice ribs, top-line and tail set, moderate quarters, in good body and coat, moved well. 2. Munday’s Furythor Reluctant Villain. Brindle dog, excellent body, nice head and eye, good bite, neat ears, good legs and feet, strong top-line, nice tail set, moved ok, in nice body and coat condition. 3. Polanek’s Birselaw Morris Dancer. LD (2) 1. Griffiths’ Wonderpaws Obi Wan Kenobi. A quality dog with lots to like, masculine head and eye, neat ears, good bite, nice neck, ok shoulders, good ribs, nice legs and feet, strong top-line, good tail set, nice quarters, moved well, in good body and coat, RDCC. 2. Thomas’ Tycadno Magic Man. Another masculine dog, good head and eye, nice neck and shoulder, good bone and feet, nice ribs, good top-line, tail set and quarters, moved well behind, a bit untidy in front, nice body and coat condition. OD (4,1) 1. Inett/Harrison’s Ch. Carradine Apple Jack. A quality Cairn from any angle, masculine head, nice eye and expression, neat ears, well constructed front, nice bone and feet, strong top-line and quarters, nice tail set, in super body and coat, moved well, DCC & BOB. 2. Munday’s Lentrica Mystic Warrior. Another quality dog with lots to like, excellent head and eye, nice expression, neat ears, good bite, nice legs and feet, good neck and shoulders, nice ribs, top-line and tail set, strong quarters, in nice body and coat, moved ok. 3. Waugh’s Ch. Glenrood Galaxy at Tribannon. VD (2,1) 1. Lamb/Saltmarsh’s Birselaw Come Dancing with Macmoon OSW JW ShCEx ShCM. Nice head and eye, good expression, neat ears, good bite, well made body and quarters, nice legs and feet, good body and coat, moved ok behind, front a little wide. GCDSD (1) 1. Parkin’s Mosspur Into The Shadows. Nice breed type, good head and eye, nice expression, neat ears, well made body, nice bone, good feet, strong top-line and nice tail set, good length of ribs, in nice body and coat, moved ok. Super young bitch, for me this is a Cairn, super head and eye, excellent construction, strong top-line and quarters, nice tail set, sound and stylish, shown in fit hard condition, in super coat, a quality bitch, BCC. 2. Bingham’s Carradine Miss Hayley. Feminine head and eye, nice expression, neat ears, good bite, nice body, good front construction, good bone and feet, strong top-line, nice body and coat, moved ok. PGB (4) 1. Jones/Thomas’ Castleline Seren at Tycadno. Super head and eye, good bite, nice neck and shoulders, good legs and feet, strong quarters, nice top-line and tail set, good ribs, nice body and coat, moved well, close to top awards. 2. Clarke’s Furythor Born To Sparkle. Nice breed type, feminine head and eye, nice expression, good bite, good neck, ok shoulders, nice ribs, strong top-line and tail set, moved well, in good body and coat. 3. Thompson’s Castleline Cariad. LB (4) 1. Waugh’s Dazzle Me at Tribannon. Lovely feminine bitch, nice head and eye, good expression, good bite, nice neck, good lay of shoulders, pleasing top-line and quarters, nice tail set, in good body and coat, moved well, a quality bitch. 2. Munday’s Furythor Marvel at Me. Feminine bitch, super head and eye, nice expression, neat ears, nice legs, good feet, pleasing neck and shoulders, strong top-line, correct tail set. 3. Another quality bitch, super head and expression, neat ears, good bite, nice legs and feet, nice neck and shoulder, good top-line and quarters, nice ribs, correct tail set, moved well, lovely breed type, just needs a new coat to complete the picture. 3. Excellent head and eye, nice bite, neat ears, good ribs, top-line and quarters, nice bone and feet, correct tail set, in nice body and coat, moved ok. GCDSB (1) 1. Parkin’s Svendalens Dancing Queen. 4th in strong PGB class. 2½ years, feminine head and eye, excellent expression, ok ears, good bite, good bone and feet, nice neck, ok shoulders, strong top-line, ok tail set, moved well, in nice body and coat.
