A small entry. Quality was mixed. Temperaments were not the best today. The Cesky should be a terrier who whilst being reserved should not show any signs of nervousness.

JD (2, 1)

1 Janski Promises Jones. Young platinum dog. Pleasing headpiece with neat dark eye and correct ear carriage giving a typical expression and expression. Correct bone. Overall shape is correct. Needs to muscle up in hindquarters. Moved away well with correct tail carriage but needs to tighten up a fraction in front.

OD (3, 1)

1 Janski Miloslav. Pleasing head and expression with good strong jaw. Good bone and feet. Would prefer a little more depth of chest but well sprung rib. Good strong loin. Would prefer him to have a fraction more length of body overall to complete the picture. Moved well in both directions. BD.

2 Janski Ossie Jones At Polede. Different in type to first. Nice shape. Correct head proportions, good eye and correct ear carriage. Good bone and feet. Correct coat. Not quite as positive in front action as the first placed dog and would like him to drop his tail on the move. RBD.

JB (2, 1)

1 Janski Pizzovski. Young bitch of good type. Good size. Has a pleasing head and expression. Good length of neck and correct shoulder placement. Correct front. Correct body proportions although I would like to see her have more of arch to the loin. Needs to improve in confidence and showmanship but hopefully has time on her side.

1 E'french Connection Du Champ D'eole Via Polede (Imp). I think this 8 year old bitch oozes breed type. She has a lovely shape. Very pleasing head and expression. Correct topline and tuck up and correct loin. Super muscled up hindquarters with short lower thigh. Correct colour and coat texture. Another who was erratic on the move but when she did move was very correct. Again needs a more outgoing temperament. I was concerned about sending her through to the group due to her temperament, however, after due consideration she was BOB on overall type.
