FOX SMOOTH JUDGE BORDER UNION 18

I would like to thank the Officers and Committee of Border Union Championship Show for my invitation to judge Smooth Fox Terriers; I had a most enjoyable day. I would also like to thank all the exhibitors for their support.

PD (2,1 )

1 Withheld

2 Marshall's Thibaut Tarrant T/W dog 11 months old, did not do himself any justice, would not let me handle him and didn't settle on the move. The owner was struggling to handle this dog and I feel he would benefit from more practice at smaller shows to gain the ringcraft skills to be judged in future.

1 Moore's Wild Thing at Eskwyre short backed dog with good head, shape and size, good movement with drive showing all of the time.

LD (3)

1 Anderson & Watt's Nisyros Stormbound at Humeston I loved this dog he was the one I would have taken home. Great make and shape with a classic head and ears. Good sound movement both ways and well presented by his owners. DCC & BOB.

2 Baker's Roxway Extra Time at Tuskenraider another really well balanced dog with good shaped head and ears would have liked to see him drive more when moving.

3 Bissett's Tyrflindie Mr Dusty Millers with Foyleside
