VD/B (1) 1 McFaddens Glendraterra Blithe Spirit. 7 year old black & white bitch who was exceptionally well presented & handled by her young exhibitor. Pleasing head leading to short compact balanced body. Clean front with tight feet and tail bang on top. Moved well both coming & going. Best Veteran. MPD (1) 1 Hendersons Thunderclap Maccoist At Finleric. Almost 9 month old heavily marked T&W puppy who was full of himself and never stopped showing. Lean head, ears need to lift slightly. Good layback of shoulder short coupled and tail on top. He was a little unsettled on the table but once on the floor strode out with confidence around the ring. PD (3,1) Two very different types in this class. 1 Griffiths Yoxella Weeks Notice. This pup was presented in great coat and condition, correct ear set, clean in front. Very balanced in body standing on very tight neat feet with correct tail set. Moved well both forward and back and at one with his handler. 2 Kettle, United du Manoir Saint Adrien avec Foxindean. A much more refined type all through, who was slightly unsettled with the noise in the hall. Long lean head, ears need to settle, good lay of shoulder, good tail set and moved ok. JD (1) 1 Andreson, Watt, Quigg & Quigg, Kajsenborg’s Hypa Hypa as Fox at Nisyros. All white dog with black head presented and shown in great condition. He entered the ring with confidence and never stopped showing. Compact balanced dog of quality with keen expression, clean front assembly, good length to neck leading to well angulated shoulders standing on good bone and tight feet, up on his toes all the time. Well angulated quarters with clear muscle development. Move true in all directions on a loose lead. Please to award him his 3rd CC. LD (2) Again, two differing types in the class 1. Care & Mutum’s Nisyros Doradus with Thunderail, this exhibit provided a handful for his owner being full of himself from start to finish! Good ear set providing keen expression, good depth of chest, short in body, good tail set. Presented in good hard condition, and moved out with drive. 2. Hughes, Osbourne & McKenna’s Forgevale Top Gun. Lovely clean tan and white, much more refined dog allround than first. Shame he would not cooperate with his owner due to the distractions in the hall. Good ears with correct expression, good lay of shoulder, neat tight feet, moved well when he got going. OD (4) 1 Wilbergs Kanix Roger, whilst I would prefer this dog to be larger in size, I could not overlook him today. He is very well put together, providing a balanced outline and won this class on his fluid movement in all directions. Head and ears providing keen expression, correct lay of shoulder into a short back and tail bang on top, standing on very tight feet. This dog was handled exceptionally well to get the very best out of him. RCC 2. Thornton & Bebbingtons Nisyros Draco by Glendraterra. This dog was my class winner standing. Lovely headed dog with correct expression, stands on good bone and feet, up on his toes & full of himself. Deep chested, short coupled with good rear angulation. A real shame he would not cooperate with his handler on the move today. 3 Hughes, Osborne & Mckennas Ch Forgevale Supremo. PB (2) 1 Marstons Chipstead Royal Dawn. A lovely puppy she just needs more training. Beautiful feminine long lean head with perfect ear set to give desired expression. clean in front, good lay of shoulder and tail on top. Moved well in all directions once settled. A shade more body weight would enhance the overall picture.BP. 2. Smiths Thunderclap Maccall. Different type to first, more compact bitch all round. Good in head, plenty of bone, short coupled. Moved around the ring with drive. JB (2) 1 Grant Hemmings & Hemmings Tresor Du Manoir Saint Adrien. A bitch I have judged before as a pup she is full of quality. Lovely balanced body shape and outline, elegant feminine head, correct lay of shoulder, stands on very tight feet. Moved at one with her owner around the ring & presented in superb coast & condition. Pushed hard for top honours all the way. 2 Davison & Davison Tynefox Villa Maria. Presented in good condition, would prefer more refinement in head proportions, neat feet, good rear angulation, moved ok. PGB (2,1) 1 Davison & Davison Tynefox Valpolicella. Unfortunately she did not like the atmosphere in the hall at all today, making her handler work hard to keep things together. Decent head, good bone & feet, a little long in loin. A shame she would not settle. LB (2) 1 Griffiths & Weiss Yoxella Whoa Black Betty. Black and white feminine bitch. Refined headpiece with dark eye and correct ear set. Good outline with deep chest, short in loin, and tail bang on top. Good rear angulation with developed muscle tone. Moved with drive around the ring. 2. Dams Tamedale Aurora, a more compact bitch than first. Good ear set and expression, plenty of bone, short coupled, presented in great condition. OB (4,1) 1 Wilberg Ch Kanix Quickstep. A very well known bitch, today shown in great coat and condition. Typical fox terrier expression looking straight through you, good shoulder placement, clean in front, deep in chest and short coupled. round tight feet with good rear angulation. Moves around the ring true in every direction effortlessly on a loose laid. Completely at one with her handler she did not put a foot wrong. CC, BOB & RBIS. 2. Brookes Zetamaz Maraschino. Moved around the ring freely with drive which won her the RCC in the challenge. 3. Griffiths Yoxella Well in Touch Evonne Hannar Go To Top Of Page
