SMOOTH FOX TERRIER ASSOCIATION – 20/04/24

A special Thank You to all the exhibitors for a very good entry. Thank You to Stewards both Penny and Trudi for keeping me on the straight and narrow all day.

MPD (2,0):

1.  Breton’s Umberto du Manoir Saint Adrien. Nice type, b/w in lovely condition, moved and showed well. Good head, neck and body and nice bone.

2. McIlroy’s Khumbu’s Licence To Thrill.  T/w in nice condition, good coat, pleasing head, nice eye, good body and bone, needs a bit more time, did not move so well today.

PD (4,1):

1. Griffiths’ Yoxella Weeks Notice. B/w, a very nice type in great condition, perfectly handled, moved and showed very well. Good head, neck shoulder and body. Nice legs and feet, perfect tail set.  Continued to show well both for BPIS & Res CC.

2. Peakin’s Ubble du Manoir Saint Adrien.

3. Henderson’s Thunderclap Maccoist at Finleric

.JD (3,0):

1. Anderson, Watt & Quigg’s Kajsenborg’s Hypa Hypa As Fox. This is an extremely nice dog with great presence. A real quality Smooth presented in super condition with perfect coat. Black head with punishing expression and lovely eye, correct ears. Very good body with nice legs and good feet. Correct tail set. Overall an excellent, typical Smooth that should do a lot for the Breed. Very well handled.  I had no hesitation in awarding this dog CC & BIS.

2. Kettle’s United du Manoir Saint Adrien Avec Foxindean. Did not show or move as well as 1st, however a very nice type in good condition with nice coat. Good head and neck. A little long in body.

3. Crouch’s Yoxella Whistle Test Among Oaxaca.

SBD (2,0):

1. Thunderclap Maccoist At Finleric. 9 month old t/w, heavily marked, well presented, moved and showed well, good coat, pleasing head with good ears good body and nice bone. Moved very well.

2. Bluff’s Tamedale Socrates. 18 month old heavily marked t/w, a little long in body, in good condition with nice coat, nice tan head with good front, nice legs and feet, did not move too well.

ND (2,0):

1. Tamedale Socrates. As in previous but moved better in this class.

2. Brookes’ Zetamaz Stand And Deliver. No expression as ears are terrible and far from correct, good body with nice tail set, moved ok.

PGD (1,0):

1. Vickers & Dams’ Tamedale Nemesis. Heavily marked t/w dog, very good showman, well handled, nice head, neck and body, good bone, nice feet, good tail set. Moved very well.

LD (3,0):

1. Care & Mutum’s Nisyros Doradus with Thunderail. Nice t/w dog, moved and showed well, presented in good condition. Good head with nice expression. Nice front, good body and tail set.

2. Hughes, Osborne & McKenna’s Forgevale Top Gun. T/w, a little long in body, nice type with good head but did not use his ears today, good front and body. Did not move so well.

3. Nichols’ Chantalle’s Ink Spot.

OD (4,0):

1. Julian’s Lanyons Prime Suspect. Very nice t/w dog, presented in good condition. Moved and showed very well. Overall a nice balanced dog with good head, neck and shoulder, nice front and body.

2. Hughes, Osborne & McKenna’s Ch Forgevale Supremo. This nice dog did not move so well today, very nice type, good head and ears, nice eye, good body and topline. Very well presented with lovely coat.

3. Thornton & Bebbingtn’s Nisyros Draco by Glendraterra.

VD or B (3,2):

1. Jacques’ Residenset’s hands in the Air for Jacqspot. This very nice 10 year old dog was in great condition, he showed and moved very well. Lovely type with good head, neck and body, nice bone and body with good ears. Typical smooth, well balanced. BVIS.

MPB (3,0):

1. Care & Mutum’s Thunderail’s Ty A Hillaut. What a beautiful promising 6 month old b/w puppy, in lovely condition, nice head and expression, lovely eye, correct ears, nice neck and body. She should develop into a quality Smooth, one to watch out for. Both handler and puppy needs a lot more training classes. BPB & RBPIS.

2. Ketley & Gash’s Ultra Douce du Manoir Saint Adrien Avec Enjakay. T/w head, white body with nice coat, moved ok, nice type with good head and expression, good tail set.

3. Tully’s Fincham She’s A Rainbow.

PB (4,0):

1. Griffiths’ Yoxella Whole Lotta Rosie. Very nice type, b/w, presented in nice condition with lovely coat, moved and showed well. Typical head, good muzzle, correct bite, nice eye and ears, good tail set.

2. Smith’s Thunderclap Macall. A little strong in head, good ears, good front and body, nice coat, good bone and nice tail set, moved and showed well.

3. Marston’s Chipstead Royal Dawn.

JB (5,0):

1. Grant-Hemmings & Hemmings’ Tresor du Manor Saint Adrien. Nice head with lovely eye, good body with very nice coat, nice front and topline, good legs and feet, moved well.

2. Breton’s Uniclove du Manoir Saint Adrien. Very nice standing but needs to move better, nicely balanced, good ears and nice expression nice body and coat.

3. Larsson’s Egelyyke Iza.

SPB (1,0):

1. Davies Llyunamill Primer Donner. Was awarded VHC in Junior class, moved much better and was more settled in this class. Nice tan head with white body and lovely coat.

NB (1,0):

1. Thunderclap Maccall. Was also 2nd in puppy bitch, moved well again

. 2. Turley’s Llyunamill Domino Dancing. Was Res in Junior Bitch, moved and showed well, pleasing head, nice eye. A little light in body, coat was ok.

3. Llyunamill Primer Donner.

PGB (4,0):

1. Kettle’s Foxindean Radio Ga Ga. Rather heavily marked b/w, a real show lady that moved very well, nice head with good ears, nice dark eye, good neck and body with good tailset.

2. Llyunamill Domino Dancing. Was res in junior bitch and 2nd in novice, showed and moved much better in this class, settled down, nice black head and good body with nice tailset.

3. Breton’s Tahiti du Manoir Saint Adrien.

LB (7,0):

1. Griffiths & Weiss’ Yoxella Whoa Black Betty. This is a very nice b/w bitch in great condition, beautifully handled, showed and moved very well. She is a lovely type with good head and eye, correct ears, good neck shoulder and body, nice bone and good feet. This lady should produce very nice type. Res CC.

2. Morris’ Sanamaris Serena. T/w head with white body, very nice type, typical head, good eye, good neck, shoulder and body, nice legs and feet, moved well.

3. Marston’s Chipstead Petal.

OB (5,0):

1. Wilberg’s Ch Kanix Quickstep. This is an extremely good show lady, perfectly handled throughout and never stops showing. A very nice type in great condition, nice feminine head with good eye and ears, nice neck and shoulder. Short compact body, good tailset. Moved very well. CC.

2. Griffiths’ Yoxella Well In Touch. A very nice type in great condition, a little long in body but has quality. Good head, neck and body with good coat, nice tailset, lovely bone.

3. Vickers & Dams’ Belfox Thea.
