GLEN OF IMAAL WELSH KENNEL CLUB 22 Judge: Mr Keith Baldwin GLEN OF IMAAL JUDGE WELSH KC 22 VD (2) 1 Hannington’s, Eng & Bel Dutch Int Ch Boudivella Osca, 7 years young wheaten, masculine through-out with great strength and substance, head of good width and length with defined stop, good size teeth and bite, muscular neck into firm back with tail well set on, strong front and rear quarters ensured he cover the ground with drive, Nobody mentioned and if you thought I knew well I didn’t! He was my Best in Show at my Club show in 2018 WOW! Dog CC and Best Veteran. 2 Alstead’s, Golden Spurs, 8 ½ years young blue, mature head with defined stop, eyes wide and round brown in colour, good bite with damage, moderate neck into well ribbed body, topline drops after withers and potbellied, harsh coat, front legs slightly bow, moved very close hocks on the rear. PD (1) 1 Withers’s, Pajantick Darknite, 10 months old blue, head developing with dark eyes, scissor bite with nice big teeth and dark pigment, moderate length neck into nice body, tail well set on, harsh coat texture, free mover, best dog puppy. PGD (1) 1 Kirkwood’s, Jeonty Kylo Ren at Cazcade, 2 ½ year old wheaten, masculine head of good width and length, hair curly on skull, medium size eyes, scissor bite with good teeth, ears small, neck of good length into sturdy body, muscular thighs, moved with even hocks. LD (2) 1 Hardy’s, Amhard Quick Fire, 3 years old wheaten, standard size, masculine head with well defined stop, scissor bite with dark pigment, brown eyes of medium size, body of good length with well sprung ribs, high set tail, harsh coat, strong quarters, good rear drive. Reserve CC 2 Hickman’s, Romainville Rock A Fella, 4 ½ years old wheaten, in between coat with texture both harsh and soft on his head of which I would prefer his head stronger and masculine, round dark brown eyes, tight scissor bite with dark pigment, muscular thigh, good drive from his rear quarters on the move. OD (3,1) 1 Hardy’s, Amhard Manhattan, 5 years old blue of good substance, masculine head with well defined stop, scissor bite with dark pigment mouth, brown eyes of medium size, body of good length with well sprung ribs, well set on tail, harsh coat, strong rear quarters giving good rear drive. 2 Harley’s, Abberann Running Down A Dream At Donvaleset, 4 ½ years old wheaten, masculine head of good width and length I would prefer it a touch stronger, medium size brown eyes, scissor bite with good teeth and dark pigment, ears used when alert, neck of good length into firm body of good length, well muscled thighs, ground covering mover. PB (2,1) 1 Kirkwood’s, Cazcade Betty Boop, 7 months old blue, nice size and shape, feminine head with round medium size brown eyes, scissor bite, body of good length with tail well carried, good bone and feet, moved out free with some drive. Best Bitch Puppy and Best Puppy JB (3,1) 1 Hannington’s, Mo Stor Ailin Of Tatler Jack’s Clann at Boudivella, 13 months old wheaten, I liked this one for overall type and not overdone in any department, plus she moved free and easy, feminine yet good size and substance, I can see this one making up in the future! 2 Hardy’s, Amhard Rapid Beat, 12 months old blue, straight out of the crate so very excited, head of good proportions, brown eyes of medium size, scissor bite with nice big teeth, moderate neck into shapely body, well angulated PGB (1) 1 Hardy’s, Amhard Raspberry Fizz, 12 months old wheaten, feminine head of good width and length, medium size dark eyes, scissor bite with good teeth, ears used when alert, neck of good length into firm body, nice harsh coat, muscular rear quarters, moved free, another one that should have a bright future LB (2) 1 George’s, Romainville China Blue, 2 years old blue, feminine head of fair length, scissor bite with good pigmented mouth, muscular neck, nice body, on the move she had good reach in front and drive from the rear, I liked this one unfortunately she went lame on her front which was a shame, lovely bitch. 2 O’Grady’s, Amhard Quick Sand, 3 years old wheaten that is smaller all through than winner, feminine head, dark brown round eyes and scissor bite, body of good proportions, short sturdy legs with medium bone, good bend of stifle, nice harsh coat texture, light free mover. OB (5,1) 1 Campen’s, Romainville Rock’n Rolla At Coedrhosyn, 5 years old wheaten, top quality and well balanced, lovely feminine head of good width and length, dark brown eyes and scissor bite, I also liked her front assembly and forechest, nice coat colour and texture, moved free and even, well shown. Bitch CC and Best of Breed 2 George’s, Romainville Rocks The Ritz, 3 ½ years old wheaten, makes a nice shape on the floor and the table, feminine head with well defined stop I would prefer it a touch stronger, dark brown medium size eyes and scissor bite, firm body and nice big harsh coat, muscular thighs but cow hocks on the move cost her, Reserve CC, 3 Kirkwood’s, Jeonty Letty Be Magic Keith Baldwin
