GLEN OF IMAAL JUDGE WINDSOR 25

V (1)

1 Ch/int/bel/nl/esp Ch Boudivella Osca VW (Hannington) What a way to start the entry! This 10 year old male is super in every way! His make and shape is excellent. He has a lovely head and eye, good angulation fore and aft, super topline stacked and on the move. Presented in excellent coat and condition, congratulations to his owner on maintaining this boy in super condition.

PD (3,1)

1 Jojase Brandon Dark Blue (Saletti) What a smashing young lad this boy is! I found him to be a super make and shape, spot on for size and substance, superior bone, good strong head and presented in superb coat. He could only be a Glen! Admittedly, he was not behaving and did his very best to throw away the class, but I saw sufficient consecutive steps to assess that this foot fall, reach and drive matched his construction. Puppies are not machines and I saw enough of what I needed to see.

2 Jojase Brogan Midnight Blue with Amhard (Hardy) A pleasingly headed young male, although not as masculine throughout as his brother, not the bone or substance I prefer in young males. He moved with much better style than 1st, indeed a very well-schooled young man. He is of pleasing type and was presented in good coat but lacked the quarters and drive demonstrated by 1st.

JD (2)

1 Boudivella Love Story (Hannington) 14 month wheaten male very much in his teenager phase! He still has sufficient bone and strength but will look so much better when he matures. His profile movement is spot on too. He took the class with his beautiful head, strong jaw, wonderful expression and excellent ears.

2 Jojase Blarney Magic Blue (Saletti) 10 month old brindle of lovely type. Tidier in the front than 1st and a good moving boy. His head has yet to break, but time is on his side. A pleasing boy of good breed type.

PGD (2)

1 Cazcade Cant Catch Me (Kirkwood) 18 month old blue. A nice type of boy who is an excellent, sound mover. He is good for size, typical in front, pleasing enough in head, bone strength and body properties are spot on for a young male, presented and shown to an advantage I look forward to seeing him fully mature.

2 Amhard Runrig (Fraser) Maturer wheaten of good breed type, lovely size and presented in good coat. He demonstrated an excellent temperament. Today, I preferred the head ans movement of the younger male.

LD (1)

1 Amhard Tornado (Hardy) Alone, but a cracking young male who I look forward to seeing as a fully mature example of the breed. He is a perfect size and full of breed type. He is so typical in every way, the best I have judged from this kennel. He has a good head and a punishing jaw. Great strength to his neck, well ribbed, strong loin and superior quarters used to an advantage on the move. He holds his topline well. Delighted to award him the Res CC and I am sure his title won’t be too far away.

OD (2)

1 Romainville Rock On Ronnie (George) 3 year old wheaten presented in full and correct coat. This boy looked like a dog at a dog show! He is of excellent breed type and so pleasing to go over. He is masculine, with a lovely eye. Good for bone and size. He possesses a super strong neck, leading to a good typical forehand and front. Great body properties, excellent ribbing, strong loin and so typical in outline, both stacked and moving. Delighted to award him the DCC, which I was told was his title, congratulations and thrilled to find that he is the litter brother to my CC & BOB winner last time I judged. Congratulations to their breeder on such consistency.

2 Ch Amhard Quick Fire (Hardy) 6 year old wheaten male who could not match the coat and impression of 1st. He has a nice head and eye, wonderful jaw and is of pleasing proportions

PB (1)

1 Jojase Bridie True Blue (Saletti) 10 month old brindle, mature in body, of good size, nice proportions, typical in outline and moved with fluidity. Her coat is coming along nicely. This girl is well trained to show off her assets and hence pleased to award her BP over her ltter brother.

PGB (4)

1 Cazcade Coming Around Again (Kirkwood) This 28 month old wheaten girl surely has a great future ahead of her. I found her to be a lovely bitch, so typical of breed in all the important aspects. She has a beautiful head and expression, feminine yet still significant strength. Her neck is strong and correct, leading to a body of correct proportions and construction. A lovely breed typical outline stacked and moving. She moves well with excellent tail carriage. Coat coming along nicely, my ppleaure to award her the Res CC today

2 Jojase Aisling Pixie (Saletti) Maturer girl, this brindle is of good overall type. She too hasa lovely expression. Today she moved well enough but lacked the spark of 1st

3 Amhard Tiger Lily (Whitehouse)

LB (2)

1 Mo Stor Ailin of Tatlers Jacks Clann at Boudivella (Imp Nld) (Hannington) Mature wheaten girl who excels in head and expression. She is spot on for size and proportions, strength yet retaining femineity. She has good ribbingboth depth and enough spring, a good front and Retains her outline on the move

2 Cazcade Betty Boop (Kirkwood) Mature blue from a larger mould than I prefer and hence, arguably lacked the femineity of 1st. That said, she is of good type throughout and pleased me on the move, she too has a nice head, but 1st excelled in this department

OB (3,1)

1 Ch Wickholm Bohemian Rhapsody (Sage) A mature brindle girl that took me back more years than I care to remember! Undoubtedly, she is nothing other than a Glen!. Super for breed type, size, substance, outline, front and movement. She has a lovely head and eye although to be super critical I would prefer a slightly smaller ear. Her body properties and muscle tone support her excellent construction. She has that oh so enviable mix of substance and femineity that great females of the breed possess. Thrilled to award her the CC, admittedly, not in the superb coat of the male, but in the challenge for best of breed her carriage and attitude tipped the nod in her favour, my pleasure to award her best of breed

2 Amhard Rapid Beat (Hardy) A nice type of bitch, well ribbed and possessing good bone. She is generally acceptable in all breed points, but not the head and movement of 1st.
