Irish Terriers

Generally condition was good & all feet were clean.

PD

1 Bradley’s Montelle Strike A Vision, stylish dog, very confident for age, showed a lot of character on the move but needs to settle in front. Good head & ears, neck of good length leading to good shoulders. Good coat. BP.

JD 1 Moakes’ Saredon Lord Of The Dance at Jomdaka, great head & ears giving him a wonderful expression. Good type, moved sound enough, presented in top condition. Sometimes drops his tail but breed won him the day. CC & BOB.

OD

1 Stahle & Nichols’ Shallcomes Brian Boru, good all round Irish, in good coat, very sound. Lost to CC winner on head. RCC.

VD

1 Hardman’s Bonosue Eric The Red, 8½ years young, enjoyed his day out, moved very sound. Would have liked a bit more weight.

PB

1 Bower’s Lakeridge Niamh, very nice 9 months youngster, great neck & shoulders, good topline & set on, moved well. Ears need to settle. RCC.

JB

1 Cooke’s Montelle Leading Question, nice all round bitch, moved OK. Needs new jacket;

2 Bamsey’s Holbam Pearly Star, different type to 1. Would like to see cleaner head. Well muscled especially in quarters.

PGB

1 Stahle & Nichols’ Shallcomes Bronagh, well put together bitch, pleasing head, nice length of back. Good tailset, unfortunately didn’ t use it on the move;

2 H Pearly Star.

LB 1 Kenyon’s Wyndham Ciara, good all round bitch, up to size, moved very well, good front & rear, well let down hocks. Will get her title with ease. Lack of coat lost her the breed. CC;

2 Bamsey’s Holbam Celtic Kate, a bitch smaller than 1. Average head, good neck & shoulders, moved OK. Needs to keep tail up which would complete the picture.

OB 1 Bamsey’s Holbam Tierneys Girl, would like to see better ears to give better expression. Not in best of coats. Moved OK.
