1. Bamsey's Holbam Celtic Warrior. I like this youngster, as yet he is immature. He has a lovely length of head and with a true expression for the breed. Well placed ears, nice eye for shape and colour, clean through his cheeks. Good reach of neck, correct shoulders with a straight front. Enough depth of chest and well ribbed, he could carry more body. Well made hindquarters, tail set on well. In a short coat of a harsh texture. Moved soundly but lack the drive like many today, I put that down to the longish grass in the ring. I think he will be a different dog once matured. RBD

OD (1)

1. Rundle and Williams's Ch Sidewater Sea Fury. Masculine boy with a good head for length and expression, well placed ears and dark eye colour. Good reach of neck, well angulated shoulders with a straight front. Deep chest, well ribbed back with a good tuck up. Muscular hindquarters with a good turn of stifle. Correct tail set and carried well. In a good coat of harsh texture, showed steadily but I would have liked more drive in his movement. BD and BOS

JB (1)

1. Bamsey's Holbam Celtic Miss Chief. I like this youngster very much, she is very similar in shape to her kennel mate and like him would benefit by carrying more body. Lovely feminine head with length, a good expression, well placed ears and dark eye. Nice reach of neck, good shoulders and front. Good body for depth and balance. Well made hindquarters with the correct tailset. Short coat of a good harsh texture, moved soundly which won her the RBB.

PGB (1)

1. Bannister's Holbam Celtic Nuala. This girl has a lovely clean outline with a very pleasing head. Ears well placed, dark eyes of the correct shape. Good reach of neck, straight front. Mature body with a good depth and balance. NIce turn of stifle, correct tailset and carried well. In a short but well presented coat of the correct texture. Would have liked more positive movement, a quality girl.

LB (2,1)

1. Ruffles Holbam Celtic Whisper at Ruffmar. Nice type of bitch, not enjoying her day today as upset by noises. She has a nice head with well place ears, dark eye of good shape. Good reach of neck, correct shoulder angulation with a straight front. Mature body with depth and ribbing. Good hindquarters and tailset. In a decent coat of a harsh texture. Lacked freedom in movement today.

OB. (3)

1. Barker, Averis and Goddard's September Morn On Irvonhill. Nice size, a lovely bitch with a clean outline and totally feminine. Good length to her head, well placed ears, dark eye with clean cheeks. Good neck that blended into her topline, good shoulder angulation, straight front with good feet. Enough depth of chest with a good tuck up, correct length of loin. Hindquarters well made with a nice turn of stifle, good tailset and carriage. Crisp well presented jacket in A1 condition, moved well both ways and showed very nicely. BB and BOB, pleased to see her shortlisted in a strong group.

2. Hemmings and Grant's Courtington Storm Angel. A size up from 1. She has a good length of head of correct proportions, ears a touch heavy for me, nice dark eye. Good reach of neck, well made shoulders and front. Good depth of chest with good ribbing. She has a nice turn of stifle, good in tailset and carriage. In a full coat of good texture, disappointed me in movement.

3. Nolcini's Holbam Celtic Kate.
