Northern Kerry Blue Championship Show 12 Judge: Mr Les Aspin BOB BIS Ramsay's: SAREDON RAINBOW WARRIOR (D) 30/4/09 Br J Averis
The Northern Kerry Blue Terrier Club held a ch show at Stanney Leisure Centre, Ellesmere Port, a last minute change to the venue due to the closure of the original venue, another sign of the times. 37 dogs made 37 entries, which was depleted by several absentees. BIS was Saredon Rainbow Warrior; RBIS, Lacarnaveen Mary Kate; & BP, Lemracdream Blue Ivy. PD & JD (0). PGD 1 Taylor’s Cranmoss Poteen, good type & size, balanced skull & foreface, correct bite, well boned front, good depth of quarters, good topline & tailset, well bodied, moved & handled very well. LD 1 Read’s Kopykats King Of The Castle, balanced head, good skull & foreface, good eye, correct bite, sound topline & tailset, well turned quarters, coat of very good texture, moved & handled well. OD 1 Ramsay’s Saredon Rainbow Warrior, good type, well balanced throughout, very good length of head, well placed eye & ear, good bite& pigmentation, sound front, good neck, well laid shoulder, sound topline & tailset, well ribbed, well developed quarters, in very good order, moved & handled very well indeed. CC & BIS; 2 Clarke-O’Neill’s Lemracdream Rough Diamond, good length of head, well placed eye & ear, clean bite, well boned front, sound topline, very fair tailset, well developed quarters, well up to size. Not on his best form moving. RCC. PB 1 Clarke-O’Neill’s Lemracdream Blue Ivy, nice type, balanced head, good eye & bite, sound front, quarters developing, good topline, fair tailset, nicely bodied for age, good coat texture, moved with confidence. BP. JB 1 Read’s Kebulak Naked Ambition, good type, nice length of head, ears used well, very good bite, sound front, neck & shoulders, good backline & tailset, shapely quarters, well bodied, moved well; 2 Neen’s Newant Tilsters Lass, good length of head. Ears a shade untidy. Good front, well laid shoulder, good tailset, moved & handled well. PGB 1 Rafter’s Arkama My Way, lovely type, balanced all through, quality head, good eye, ear & correct bite, very good neck, shoulder & topline, shapely quarters, in first class coat & condition, moved & handled very well. Certainly one for the future. RCC; 2 Ramsay’s Irisblu Boston Rose at Torums, good type, clean cut head, good eye & bite, good pigment, sound front, well laid shoulder, sound tailset, shapely quarters, moved & handled well; 3 Neen’s Newent Annie Winter. LB 1 Forrest & Scott’s Lacarnaveen Orla, well balanced, nice length of head, good pigment & bite, sound in front, very good topline & tailset, well turned quarters, very well bodied, put down well, moved & handled well; 2 Baxter’s Arkama It Girl, ears used well, very good eye, good pigment & bite, very good front & quarters, sound topline & nicely bodied, tailset very good, presented well, moved well. OB 1 Forrest & Scott’s Lacarnaveen Mary Kate, nice length of head, very good eye, good bite & pigmentation, well boned front, good shoulder, short level back, tail on top, shapely quarters, in very good coat & condition, moved well both ways. CC & RBIS; 2 Peacock’s Rimbert Queen Araks, nice type, good length of head, clean bite, sound in front, shapely quarters, sound backline & tailset, very good coat & condition, moved & handled well.
