Lakeland Terriers PD (1,0) 1 Anderson s Oregill Hot Rod to Corrievackie BP, RCC Often I would be uneasy about giving a top award to a puppy but had no hesitation in this case. He s a grand dog with lovely head, ears and expression. First class bite. Very good neck and lay back of shoulder helping to produce a very nice overall outline. OD (2,1) 1 Barker, Fraser & Sacco s Am Ch Larkspur Acadia Save Me A Spot CC, BOB More American type of rib cage, slightly more barrelled than I prefer but that said his other qualities are outstanding and can t be denied very well balanced overall and not exaggerated. Good neck blending into moderately short back. Plenty behind tail and good stifle bend. Clean well proportioned head with excellent ears and nice eye and expression. PB (1) 1 Baldwin s Robelroy Georgina A real Black and tan which we haven t seen so many of in recent years. Very good coat. Nice feminine expression. Well proportioned all round and a very promising youngster. Looks to be sound with good legs and feet but just not co-operating with her handler when moving today. PGB (2,0) 1 Mackenzie s Golden Uldale Plover Striking light Red bitch in good coat. Neat head and especially noted excellent bite. 2 Rougvie s Eskwyre Hustle n Bustle to Turflindie Not using ears to advantage or co-operating with handler but nice typical Lakeland in good coat. OB (2,0) Ryan s Kebulak Smoke and Mirrors CC Ran the BOB a close second but was not placing her ears to best advantage making skull look rather domed otherwise not a lot between them. 2 Schoneberg s Mieth s Tenny RCC Better Ears than winner of this class but not quite so striking in outline.
