LAKELAND JUDGE CITY OF BIRMINGHAM 11

City of Birmingham Championship Show, 3rd September 2011

Lakeland T:

PD (1)

1. Davani’s Kebulak Man After Midnight. Still to fully mature but shows good promise at this early age, nice shape developing, body coming together well, short level back with well set tail, coat needs to finish, bit playful on the move. Res Best Dog.

OD (4.3)

1. Barker & Averis’ Saredon Mack The Knife. Good size and shape presenting nicely balanced picture, good clean front, coat not at it’s best, moved OK. Best Dog and Res CC.

PB (3.2)

1. Steemson’s Brocolitia Red Hot Diva. Still a raw baby but lots to like, liked body, topline and tail set, head could be trimmed better to improve expression, in good coat for age, moved freely. Best Puppy.

2. Whitehead & Munro’s Stanstead Dita Von Teese. Longer cast than 1 and not helping her handler at all, but she pulled herself together at times to present a nice picture.

LB (1)

1. McCallum’s Glentops Butterfly Kisses. Neat head and ears on strong head and sloping nicely into shoulders, in the class not moving as true as she did in the challenge. Res Best Bitch.

OB (3.1)

1. Davani’s Ir Ch Kebulak Swing on a Star. Nicely made and real quality coat capable of withstanding more than a days work, good head and neck, presenting true expression, good bite, well angulated rear with tail on top, moved parallel both ways. Best Bitch and CC.

2. McCallum’s Glentops Bubble and Squeak. Would prefer a cleaner front and shoulders which will improve the outline, carrying a little too much weight today.

Max King (Judge)
