Midland Lakeland Terrier Club
20-03-2016
Got to take my hat to the officer and committee of the Midland Lakeland Terrier Club. For all there hard work preparing and putting a show on in today’s ever decreasing climate of a vulnerable breed club show.
The hospitality and the steward were second to none, a few absentees on the day.
Lakeland exhibitor’s need to keep on supporting these show or they will soon be gone.
Special Lakeland Terrier Dog/Bitch Not In Show Trim. (2)
1st Turner, STANSTEAD FREE TO ROCK (B) A young bitch of nice make and shape to her. A bit erratic but still a worthy class winner, good head and skull, good bite, straight front, short coupled, good bone for age, will look twice the bitch when trimmed.
2nd,Ross-Johnson, GLENTOPS BRONZE BELL (B). Smaller than the first placing, obvious a well loved bitch with the weight she was carrying and enjoying her self too, dark eyes and good bite, good angulations, moved ok when handler got her going.
