AIREDALE JUDGE LKA 18

MPD (3.1)

1. Iwahashi, Kanaya and Hayama’s Rockridge JP Raiijin. 7 mths old and appears a little gangly at this stage, needs more furnishings to complete the picture, when settled moved better with good parallel rear movement. BP.

2. Griffiths’ Singretis Down To The Wire. Stood 4 square, solid and compact with coat coming on well, but let down by rear movement.

PB (2.1)

1. Rockridge JP Raiijin.

JD (2)

1. Turner’s Crillee Maximus The Cool. 13 mths and not behaving cool today, a little apprehensive at first but with perseverance managed to examine and assess OK, liked overall size and shape, long head with strength to match, clean cut front, good rear angulation, moved out well.

2. Rockridge JP Raiijin.

LD (2)

1. Vickers & Vickers’ Eskwyre Sunny Bay. 2 yrs old and maturing well, solid and compact without being coarse, strong head with good expression and good bite, clean well laid shoulders, nicely bodied, well angulated rear, moved ok. Res DCC.

2. Collins’ Toulyork King Lincoln. More forward dog in very good coat, nice head but not always using ears to advantage which detracted from overall expression.

OB (6.1)

1. Lee’s Ch Stargus Allegro. Not difficult to appreciate title in front oh his name, upstanding and very smart appearance, standing out in this class, nice size and shape, topped off by excellent coat and profuse furnishings, moved with purpose, a credit and joy to go over. Dog CC and BOB.

2. Ablard’s Ch Aust Bel Dan Croat Katherina’S Land Vip Lov. Nice overall outline but not the substance of 1, good head and expression, would prefer more positive movement.

3. Hill’s Ch Crillee Catch of the Day with Gillaire.

MPB (6.1)

1. Wewber’s Kaolin Little Miss Sparkle. 8 mths old and lots of maturing required, looked a little leggy today at this stage of development, but liked overall type, not using ears well, moved with fluidity.

2. Iwahashi, Kanaya & Hayama’s Rockridge JP Jewel in the Sky. Finer type than winner of the class, and needs to grow furnishings to improve balance and appearance, straight level back with good tail set, well angulated rear, good colour.

3. Steinke’s Toulsyork Perfectionist.

PB (2)

1. Raper & Favell-Raper’s Shadlian Dancing in My Dream. 11 mths, nice overall size, good head, nice eye and ears, tended to stand too wide in front at times, well muscled hindquarters producing good driving movement.

2. Rockridge JP Jewel in the Sky.

JB (4.1)

1 Hampton & Hall’s Muliebrity Sun Kissed. Maturing nicely at 14 mths of age, good size, neat outline, solid head with good bite, nice neck and shoulders, well made body, coat coming on well, moved true.

2. Rockridge JP Jewel in the Sky.

PGB (6.2)

1. Toulson’s Toulsyork Only Olga. Feminine appearance and still needs a little more time to complete the picture, Nice head profile, good skull, liked overall size and outline, a little loose in movement at times.

2. Gray’s Grayaire Cointreau. Nice profile when standing but not always holding when on the move, head of good type, ears tended to fly, nkice neck and shoulders with level topline and well set tail.

3. Edwards’ Vivavick Whoopee at Smock Alley.

LB (5.2)

1. Collins; Colldale Ring of Fire. Well presented type, nice appearance without exaggeration, clean cut front, nice feet, good body, well angulated rear, super coat.

2. Hampton & Hall’s Muliebrity Enchanted Bay. Close decision in this class and lots to admire in this one also, very good head and expression, just let herself down by overstretching in rear which detracted from balance.

3. Hacker & Jenkins’ Crillee What a Carry on at Sherifs.

OB (7.1)

1 Turner’s Crillee Cary on Maybe Baby. One with lots to like, feminine appearance and liked overall type and balance, strong and pwerful head with good ear carriage, nice neck and shoulders flowing neatly into topline with well set tail, moved freely. Bitch CC.

2. Moules’ Ch Doraemi One Vision. Nice type but preferred head profile of 1, would have liked a bit more substance throughout, well made body, well muscled hindquarters. Res Bitch CC.

3. Iwahashi, Kanaya & Hayama’s Int Ch UK Ch Rockridge JP I Can’t stop Loving You.

GCB (2)

1. Webber’s Jokyl Stars in Her Eyes. Just carrying too much weight for me today, broad skull but flying ears to the side, moved a little close behind.

2. Aylett’s Jecadie Joyful Spiced Star at Rillaton. Not he type as 1, decent head and body, but moving very loose in front action.
