PARSON JACK RUSSELL BIRMINGHAM NATIONAL 13 Judge(s): MR ALAN SMALL Parson Russell Terriers. MPD (2) 1 Selby’s Jacksden Flash Harry, neat youngster, nice head & Expression with well set ears, good eye, correct bite, good front & shoulders, ribs back & spannable, nice bend of stifle, in his under clothes, well handled. PD & JD (0). PGD (2) 1 Lockley’s Jacksden Jimmy Jack Joins Chatmoss, lovely moving tri headed dog, well set ears, good shoulders, ribs back & spannable, thick pelt, harsh coat, strong quarters which gave him excellent drive, moving true both ways; 2 Hall’s Frithgarth Magic Sandpiper, strong headed dog with good muzzle & under jaw, of nice length with ribs back, in good double coat & well set tail, carrying a little weight. Well handled. LD (3) 1 Bowden’s Nado Shiz’s Tacome X-runner to Pacolito, tan headed dog with patch on tail, coat to die for with thick pelt, nice head & expression, good bite, nice front, spannable with ribs back, presenting a nice profile with rise over loins, went well; 2 Brown & Grange’s Afinlea Ratzer, smooth tri, strong head with correct bite, nice overall length with well set tail, carrying some weight & not spannable. OD (3) 1 Vaughan’s Ch Parruss Comanche Chief, stunning tri dog of top quality, full of type & so well balanced, so much to like about him, lovely head with darkest of eye, correct bite, good in front with neat feet, pleasing spannable body with thick double coat, well set tail of nice length, moved & shown like a dream. CC & BOB; 2 Denby-Gardener’s Ammanday Able, taller dog, typy head with tan on well set ears, in good double coat, ribs back & spannable, moved & handled well. RCC. VD (3) 1 Brown & Grange’s Ch Afinlee Road Side Skipper, tan headed dog still showing his many virtues with lovely head & expression, good overall balance with ribs back & spannable, in good coat, he still looks good with a nice profile & docked tail. BV; 2 Hall’s Frithgarth Jack Frost, similar to 1 as he should be, being father & son, tan headed with well set ears, excellent double coat , strong quarters, went well. MPB (3) 1 Rawlinson’s Glencymreig Lunar Eclipse over Halshimoor, loved her expression, of lovely type with good eye, neat well set ears, correct mouth, nice front & feet, good spannable body, in good coat, moved & handled well. BP, pleased to see her shortlisted in a very strong puppy group; 2 Newport’s Digaden Secret Affair, nice puppy, just preferred the expression on 1, pleasing head, nice spannable body with ribs back, in good double coat with thick pelt, nice quarters, went well. PB (2) 1 D Secret Affair; 2 Sutton’s, Alncroft Maid An Issue at Springbeck, lovely tan headed youngster, lots to like about her with nice head & expression, pleasing body, unfortunately in her under cloths but a quality puppy, making a very nice trio of young bitches which augers well for the breed. JB (1) 1 Fielding’s, Matsstars Lady’s Mantle at Starfield, tri headed bitch of lovely type, nice expression with well set ears, dark eye, correct bite, good front & feet, spannable body with ribs back, good quarters, thick pelt, went well. PGB (1) 1 Meyer’s Coclestane Cinnamon, tan headed bitch with nice expression, well set ears, correct bite, nice front & shoulders, ribs back & spannable, excellent coat & condition, nice quarters, went well. LB (3) 1 White’s Ebblechase Elspeth, nice type, tan head & spot on tail, in lovely double coat, good eye, well set ears, correct bite, nice front & feet, well laid shoulders, nice spannable body with ribs back, correct rise over loins presenting a nice profile. RCC; 2 Collis’ Riplington Black Cheery, strong headed bitch, good muzzle, correct bite, ribs back & spanable, in good coat, strong quarters with good bend of stifle, went well; 3 Hooley’s Hoolmark Boppin Robyn. OB (3) 1 Sutton’s Ch Pacolito Maid a Phortune at Springbeck, nice bitch with the darkest of eyes, well balanced & of nice type, correct mouth, good front & feet with well laid shoulders, spannable & of nice length, good quarters, in good coat with thick pelt, presented a nice profile with rise over loins, good quarters which she used to give excellent drive, moving well. CC; 2 Denby-Gardener’s, Ammanday Apperition, tri bitch, nice all round, typy bitch, spannable with ribs back & moving well; 3 White’s, Ebblechase Rosanna. VB (1) 1 Pell’s Olliebark That’s My Girl, tri bitch in lovely coat, belies her age, lovely head, dark eye, well set ears, correct bite, nice front & feet, thick pelt, nice quarters, well set docked tail, went well.
