PARSON RUSSELL BIRMINGHAM NATIONAL 22 Judge: Mr Ken Bartlett PARSON RUSSELL JUDGE BIRMINGHAM NATIONAL 22 SBD (1) 1 Hall’s Frithgarth Stone Meadow. Not so outgoing on the day. Correct bite, good for bone, harsh coat and moved steady. 1 Hobson’s Partridgdale Flynn. Nice in shape and size for age. Pleasing in head and expression, spannable, harsh coat, moving well both ways. 1 Casson’s Mindlen Hendricks. Wedge shaped head, dark eyes and ears well set. Good in neck and shoulders, pleasing in body which was spannable. Hindquarters well muscled, good legs and feet and moved well. 1 Walker’s Digaden Top Form. A dog of good bone and substance, skull flat, ears of correct shape and size Firm in topline, good tailset and carriage. Pleasing on the move 2 Pell’s Hoolmark Ringo Starr at Olliebark. Lively young dog, wedge head, dark almond shaped eye. Clean in neck, chest deep and well ribbed back. Coat correct. 1 Brown’s Afinlea Pale Tussock. Typical head, shoulders well laid, good bone, just enough spring of rib. Hindquarters strong and well angulated, spans ok with good coat texture, moved well in front. 1 Bowden’s Mindlen Mahican in Chellowside - RCC. Liked this dog as soon as I saw him. Stands and shows his shape, he has a good head, strong neck which fits into well laid shoulders. Firm in topline, good for body and ribs, well presented, moved with reach and drive, 2 Hall’s Frithgarth Master The World. Not so outgoing as the winner, front legs of good bone, correct in body, topline, easily spanned. Just needs to be more confident on the move 1 Smith’s Ch Heythrop Task Master for Alncroft - CC. Liked this dog very much for hos shape and size. Best of heads, strong neck flows into well laid shoulders, good front and rear angulation, best of coats, moved well both ways and in profile. CC and BOB. 2 McCluskey’s Chadbrook Sunfire. Typical head with flat skull, good earset and dark eyes giving a keen expression. Well bodied with good ribbing, spannable, harsh coat, moving well round the ring. 1 Smith’s Digaden Top Hat & Tails. 7 years and still shows well, plesing in head and expression, good legs and feet and in topline and tailset. Coat good, pleasing on the move. Best Vet. 2 Hughes’ Beauforts Charles James. 8 years, pleasing to go over, typical head with strong jaw and big teeth. Legs straight, of good bone. Pleasing in body, coat and movement. 1 Aspell & Dixon’s Scapegrace Buffy. Nice for size, wedge head, correct bite. Straight front, pleasing in body, harsh coat and moving well 2 Kannagara’s Paringer She’s A Queen. Another lovely one to go over. Lovely head and expression, good in neck and shoulders, spannable, harsh double coat. Good on the move. 1 Evans & Barnes’ Bellvalley’s Kissed By Fire. Feminine head, nice dark eye and a good reach of neck, front and rear angulation correct. Double coated, moved well to win the class, BP and Res CC. 2 Roberts, & Murray’s Mindlen Monopoly. Good for size, nice head with well set ears, good neck and shoulders, good legs and feet. Spannable, good coat, lovely on the move. 3 Young’s Chadbrook Chance’s Legacy 1 Bigland’s Heythrop Taranna. A lovely young bitch of 9 months, lovely wedge shaped head and large teeth. Good angulation and topline, well set and carried tail. Harsh coat, moved out well. 1 Smith’s Digaden Top Notch. Liked her shape and size. Wedge head, straight front, good ribbing and easily spannable. Correct angulation front and rear. Nice double harsh coat, moved true both ways. 2 Hughes’ Ruffntuff Rush of Love. Another one of correct type, lovely head and expression. Clean in neck and shoulders, correct rib, harsh coat, correct in topline and tail carriage. Good on the move. 1 Bigland’s Heythrop Topsyturvey. Another nice young bitch for breed type. Nicely balanced in head, straight front, good feet, in good double coat, correct in topine, good harsh coat, good movement both ways. 1 Bigland’s Heythrop Tangletop. Good wedge shaped head, scissor bite and large teeth. Correct in body shape, firm in topline, good angulation front and rear, best of coats. Sound on the move. 2 Aspell and Dixon’s Scapegrace Buffy. 3 Kannagara’s Paringer She’s A Queen 1 Young’s Chadbrook Affirmation. Typical head and expression, good angulation throughout, good reach of neck, nice in topline, chest deep and well ribbed, easily spanned. In correct coat, sound on the move. 1 Roberts & Murray’s Ch Mindlen Moccasin. Liked her as soon as she came into the ring. Pleasing for size, well balanced in head, good in neck and shoulders and body shape. Presented in double harsh coat. Moved well both ways and in profile. CC, 2 Dayman and Cole’s Ch Pacolito Phinal Edition. Another pleasing one to go over and of good breed type. Lovely wedge shaped head, good in eye and earset. In correct coat. 3 Smith’s Digaden Top Notch. 1 Harcourt-Morris’ Kylini Primadiva For Lenacourt. 8 years, still in good coat. Pleasing in head, good teeth. Good angulation front and rear, good topline, moved well. 2 Kannagara’s Sherosco Christmas Rose. 13 years, no moving so well on the day but nice to go over. Pleasing in head and body, in good coat.
