PARSON RUSSELL BLACKPOOL 26 Judge: Mrs Patsy Hollings Always a delight to judge at this show which has a great feel with every one of Steve Hall's team working with the passion delivered by Steve himself. Thank you, to you all. PD (2) 1 Pacolito Veni Vedi Veci (Baker). BP. 10 month. Smart youngster with personality displayed by well-placed ear and dark neat fitting eye. He has a flat skull, clean cheek, slight stop to strength in muzzle housing big teeth. Clean neck, firm backline to tail on top. He spans and has good length of leg. Free lively action, with handler. 2 Cassjoebar Rough Diamond (Casson). Just needs to fill in front, but he has lots to like. Of good type and has correct leg and feet. Spans and thick supple skin. Hold a good outline going round. JD (1) 1 Wayward Rumble (Woods & Boorman). Well, this masculine, supple, clean, healthy 14 month dog has it all going on and present a picture of being on top spanking form, that kept drawing one in. He has a super head piece with good ear dark eye with the glint of mischief, down to width to underjaw, housing big white teeth. He has structure, balance and, spans. Expertly produced in super jacket and worked with handlers to produce the commitment and activity that is needed. Think there is plenty of success before him in the future. BJ- CC-BOB. LD (2) 1 Vixenview Top Dollar Jcw26 (Manson). 15 month smart dog. He fulfils the brief very well. He has a quality head piece, with spirit from dark eye, dry muscular neck through decent forehand. and not too deep or full in rib. He stands on good leg of correct length for balance, to neat elbow. Firm in outline, retained on the move. 2 Crosscop Claudius at Mindlen (Newport). I think this dog should finish a real good Parson. Today he was rather at an in-between stage, in body and mind, therefore not just as positive moving. He has type and was handled very well. OD (3) 1 Pacolito Phirst Edit (Dayman & Cole). At 2 year he was produced in super condition, topped by his supple skin and harsh coat. He is another quality parson produced by this Affix. Lovely head, balanced, well placed and used ear placed correctly on the skull, dark neat fitting eye with Sharp, bright expression, strength in muzzle and underjaw. Supple and shape of body, that spans. Thick, harsh coat and firm back to strong tail used to show character. Lively mover with good foot placement. Res CC. 2 Wayward Timeless JW (Woods & Boorman). Cheeky, a real terrier with the spirit I like. He appeals in head, balance with shape and style. Just right for masculinity, supple, spans and works with handler well. A very useful dog. 3 Hun Ch Foxfur Eavesdropper for Vysaris Ir Jch JW (Anderson & Kiane). PB (3) 1 Pacolito Notorious (Baker). Oh, just checked and she is sister to the puppy dog winner. Well, what a promising litter. She was presented in first class order, is feminine but nothing weak. Well-constructed, balanced and so typy, with that lovely disposition. Attentive to handler and has personality and true foot placement, with good stride, moving. 2 Wayward Got You (Woods & Boorman). Loved her attitude, very devil may care and terrier all through. She made me smile. Well produced and just right for proportions. Maybe not as forward as winner, but it's all there to build on. Her time will come. 3 Shielmarh Onyx Orb (Shields). LB (2,1) 1 Digaden Miss Marigold (Newport). She is a very, sound, honest, useful bitch. She is finished, soundly built with very lovely head piece. She has structure, firm back to well set, strong tail, used to display terrier spirit, even in this heat. She is correct in rib, allowing her to be spanned. Turned out in supple skin and harsh coat. Her foot fall was excellent with activity and stride. She actually turned it up in the, in the challenge with commitment and carriage, to take the Res CC. OB (7,1) 1 Int/Ger/Kft/Nld/Be/Lux Ch Plappermäulchen's Brown Eyed Girl (Pöhland & Huis). To my recollection I had never seen bitch or handler before. However, a very excited handler told me after she had the won the ticket, not only was it the bitches 3rd, but I had judged her as a puppy, in Belgium and remarked what a beauty she was, with a future! What a delight is that for me, that I was right, and for the owner to come over here and win. Now I know why, that in this lovely class, my attention and thoughts kept drawing me back to this beautiful classy bitch. CC. Well deserved. 2 Ir Ch Foxfur Bewitched by Kylini Ir Jch JW (Rimmer). This one has quality and type in abundance and to be honest, I thought she would be my winner. From her gorgeous head, through her good construction, correct body that spans, firmly back to strong set on and width to quarters with plenty behind the tail. Quite frustrating as the heat got to her today and she had to paid the price. 3 Ruffntuff Tears of Joy (Hughes). VB (2) 1 Ch Mindlen Moccasin (Roberts & Murray). Fit, sound, fit and muscular, she doesn't sit in front of the fire all day! I flipping loved her to go over and she didn't let me down on the move. She wasn't far removed from going even further. A classic bitch with loads of breed essentials. Well-deserved her win and a second look in the challenge. BV. 2 Chadbrook Elka VW (Mccluskey & Young). Decent sort, very feminine and compliant with handler to produce a decent action, with pleasing shape. A lovely one to judge. Patsy Hollings |
