Thanks for a lovely entry. I thoroughly enjoyed my day with quality dogs throughout. It was nice to be invited back after my original stint at the centenary show way back in ‘91. Thanks to my ring stewards, Dave Allman & Bill Ashcroft for keeping the ring moving along nicely, which allowed me to concentrate on the job in hand.

1 Sollis’ Ch Mister Bonamonty, typy dog who carries his title well. So well balanced with a lovely expression, well set ears & correct bite, lovely front & shoulders, spannable body of nice length, correct double coat with thick pelt, good in profile & moving true;

2 Chapman’s Foxwarren Tomass, 10 year old smooth with tan patch on body & tail, neat well set ears, little stuffy in neck but good spannable body, happy dog who went well;

3 Hall’s Frithgarth Jack Frost, rough coated with tan head, good muzzle & bite, pleasing spannable body, in excellent coat & condition, bit dour but went well.

1 Robert & Murray’s Mindlen Minnow, tan headed youngster, nice dark eye, correct bite, bit loose in shoulder at the moment, lovely in profile with good coat for age, more settled on the move.

1 Wilson’s Pacolito Evolution, fit tan headed youngster, nice dark eye, strong skull with well set ears, good bite & muzzle, eye could be darker, good front & shoulders, pleasing body with ribs back & spannable, good tailset, moved true with good drive.

1 Denby-Gardener’s Tubize Mr Wriggle at Ammanday, tan headed dog with lovely expression, darkest of eye, correct bite, good front & feet, pleasing body with ribs back & spannable, moved true both ways presenting correct profile with rise over loins, in good double coat with thick pelt, went well;

2 P Evolution;

3 Newport’s Sweet Jumper’s Gentle Twister, smaller dog with tan patch on head, not the balance of 1 & 2, good head with good muzzle & correct bite, eye could be darker, spannable body with strong quarters which he used to give good drive.

1 Smith’s Tubize Mr Sizzle, tri headed dog with grand expression, correct well set dark eye, good muzzle & bite, best of fronts & shoulders, pleasing neck & spannable body with ribs back, very good coat with thick pelt, well set tail of nice length, pleasing quarters & went with drive moving true both ways & presenting correct profile with rise over loins;

2 McCluskey’s Chadbrook Rocket, tan headed & of similar attributes to 1, pleasing head with good muzzle & bite, eye could be darker, ample bone with nice feet, bit strong in body but spannable, moved & handled well;

3 Wilson’s Chataway Huntsman Spider, nice dog with pleasing expression, smooth coated with spannable body, thick pelt, went well.

1 Roberts’ Spellbert Bygone Times, tan headed dog with dark eye, good earset & correct bite, nice overall length with ribs back & spannable, ample bone with good feet, enough forechest, nice bend of stifle with well set tail of nice length, moved & handled well;

2 Chapman’s Foxwarren Picasso, tan headed with black tail spot, tad long in foreface, correct bite, good feet & bone, spannable body with nice quarters & well set tail, not the coat of 1, went well;

3 Smith & Moon’s Alncroft Imperial, tan headed with patch on back, alert fit dog up on his toes, nice overall balance with pleasing head, good spannable body, would prefer more forechest but lots to like about him. Moved & handled well.

Terrific class full of quality.

1 Jones’ Ch Neelan’s American Dream, tan headed, fit as a flea & excellent muscletone, cracking head with flat skull & well set ears, correct bite, pleasing front with good shoulders, nice balanced dog of good type, spannable body with ribs back, good quarters with nice bend of stifle. Presents a nice profile with rise over loins. Moved & handled well to CC;

2 Toffanello’s It J Ch Foxsett Stainless Steel, pleasing tri dog with lovely expression, well set ears, good muzzle & bite, nice all round balance with good front & shoulders, neat feet, spannable body with correct double coat & well set tail. Good moving dog that went well presenting a nice profile. Lovely condition. Moved & handled well to RCC;

3 Price’s Ch Rymshot Samo at Andralok, lovely tan headed dog, best of expressions, well worth his title & so much to like about him, good in coat & pelt with nice overall balance, perhaps a bit level in topline, quality dog that went well.

1 Rutter’s Boultmoore Badge Of Honor, pleasing tan headed smooth dog with well set ears, presented a nice profile, bit heavy in body & could not span, good coat & span, went well.

1 Bigland’s Ch Heythrop Tiadrop, lovely bitch with tan ears, dark eye, well set ears, correct bite, nice overall with good front & feet, spannable body with ribs back, in good coat, pleasing quarters with nice bend of stifle, went well moving true both ways & presenting a nice profile;

2 Bull & Stark’s Tarara Boom De Ay, tri headed bitch, dark eye, good bite, nice neck to pleasing body, ribs back & spannable. Went well;

3 Neild’s Janey of St Claire at Logierait, tri headed 11 year old bitch, nice condition with good double coat, pleasing spannable body with ribs back, moved & handled well.

1 Highfield’s Bradpole Beauty, tan headed youngster, nice expression with dark eye, correct bite, good front & shoulders, nice spannable body, went well;

2 Laird’s Mindlen Freyja, pleasing youngster with neat feminine head, nice neck to spannable body, neat feet, good quarters with nice bend of stifle. Well set tail.

1 Rimmer’s Kylini Mona Lisa, tan headed puppy with lovely expression, well set neat ears, correct mouth, good front & shoulders, neat feet, spannable body with excellent double coat, well set tail, went well presenting a nice profile to BP;

2 Blake’s Pacolito Phlutter, pleasing headed bitch puppy, nice neck to spannable body with ribs back, good quarters, not the movement of 1, but well handled.

1 Laird’s Orange White Dot Charming Cover, cracking tri bitch, good all round with pleasing head & expression, dark eye, well set ears, correct bite, good front & feet, nice spannable body with good double coat, nice bend of stifle with well set tail;

2 Kelly & Storey’s Pacolito Phardante, pleasing tan headed bitch, well set ears & good eye, correct shoulder bit tad wide in front, nice body, spannable with ribs back, strong quarter which she used to give good drive, in good coat, went well;

3 Walker’s Matsstars Moonshine, all white, rough coated with darkest of eye, nice neck to spannable body, good in profile with rise over loins, pleasing bitch that went well.

1 Hooley’s Hoolmark Belle Starr, quality tan headed bitch with lovely expression, neat ears, correct bite, best of fronts & shoulders, tight feet, pleasing neck & body, spannable with ribs back, nice quarters with well set tail, good moving bitch that went well both ways, lots to like about her. RCC;

2 Hadley’s Cleve Hill Mirabelle, another good moving bitch, pleasing expression with dark eye, correct bite, good shoulders, nice outline with rise over loins. Moved & handled well;

3 Roberts& Murray’s Mindlen Minnow, made up three nice bitches, pleasing expression, good eye & bite, neat feet, ribs back & spannable with good quarters.

1 Turley’s Pacolito Mistress at Llyunamill, tan headed bitch from last class, lots to like about her with good head, dark eye, correct bite, OK in front, nice profile with good coat & pelt, well handled & going better second time round;

2 Bigland’s Heythrop Tiffin, good all round with nice balance, pleasing half tan head, spannable body with ribs back, nice coat & condition, bit unsettled in final selection;

3 Chaffe’s Ticcalilli Twitchytail, nice type, tri with tan head & black spot on tail, lovely profile, nice expression with dark eye, bit wide in front, moved & handled well.

LB (15,2)

1 Blake’s Pacolito Phrankly, nice head & expression with dark eye, well set ears, good muzzle & bite, nice front, good neck to spannable body with ribs back, strong quarters which gave her excellent drive. Moved & handled well;

2 Chapman’s Hermine Du Toucan D’Arthur, typy tri bitch of lighter bone, pleasing outline with rise over loins, happy bitch who went well, nice head, best of feet, spannable body, went well;

3 Fielding’s Matsstars Lady’s Mantle at Starfield, older type with pleasing expression, darkest of eye, well set ears, good front & shoulders, spannable body with good coat & pelt. Moved & handled well.

OB (14,3)

1 Sutton’s Alncroft Maid An Issue at Springbeck, tan headed bitch of quality, it’s all there, type, balance & movement, cracking expression with well set ears, good muzzle & bite, best of fronts & shoulders, ribs back & spannable, in good double coat with thick pelt, nice profile with rise over loins & well set tail of nice length, good quarters with firm muscletone & nice bend of stifle. Nice moving bitch that went true both ways. Please to award her CC & BOB, which I understand makes her up, so congratulations & well done;

2 Li’s Dutch Ch Jazzlynn of Loveloch, lovely tri bitch, pleasing head, neatest of ears, correct bite, good all round with spannable body, ribs back, correct out line, nice feet, strong quarters which gave her good drive. Moved & handled well;

3 Hooley’s Ch Hoolmaark Boppin Robyn, tri of good type, not the strength of 1 & 2 but pretty bitch, very good front & shoulders, pleasing body with ribs back & spannable, went well presenting a nice profile.

GCB (4,2)

1 Friery’s Pacolito Padantic, tan headed, nice expression, good front, pleasing outline, went well; 2 Kannangara’s Parus Twist Of Lemon, smaller bitch with tan head, well bodied up but spannable, in excellent double coat, moved & handled well.
