PARSON RUSSELL JUDGE CRUFTS 19

What an honour to judge this lovely breed at Crufts. I had some great dogs to go over, but found some with domed heads and full cheeks this must be watched for choosing breed stock along with rather open feet. The quality of the breed in general is improving and I saw very happy with my final line ups. Looking later at the catalogue I was surprised at the number of continental entries, thank you for making the trip, and bringing some super specimens for me to put hands on. A mention must go to my lovely stewards, Heather and David Howell who ensured that the ring ran smoothly.

VD

1 Blair & Hadley's Cleeve Hill Kasper. What a great start to the day finding this stunning white boy, full of type, super head, dark eye, good bite with strong teeth. Good reach of neck into correct shoulder placement, straight front, tight feet, easy to span correct rise over the loin, tail well set. He moves out with great power from rear, well up on his pasterns, showed himself from start of the class to finish of the day. A well deserved BV and RES CC.

2 Bell's Cassacre Sea Urchin At Olliebark. Tri boy 10yrs good head, dark eye, pleasing front and general angulation, another with the free flowing movement which can only happen with correct conformation.

3 Farrow's Ch Glenholm Happy Go Lucky, gave this dog his first CC many years ago, he still enjoys his showing, and carrying condition and up against some very good younger dogs.
