Thank you to the exhibitors for the nice entry which, of course, was affected by the weather, appreciation to those who did make it enabling a good representation of dogs to judge. Thank you also to my steward, Muriel, who did stirling work single handed.

1 Hooley's Hoolmark Johnny Guitar. Smart, 10 mths dog, pleasing head, flat skull, well placed ears, dark eyes with keen expression, strong jaw, good bite, clean muscular neck of good length, well laid shoulders, moderate depth of chest, nice length of body, strong back, slight arch to loin, steady on the move. BP, RCC.

PGD (2, 1)

1 Bigland's Heythrop Taggert. Balanced head, flat skull, dark eye, perhaps ears a little high set, fair length of neck, good body length, has good bone and feet, harsh coat.

LD (2) 1 Kirkby & Kirkby's Rountfelley Beaspoke. Workmanlike, good harsh coat and pelt, head of good proportions, dark eye, moderate length of neck, good in body, spannable, tail set good, free mover. OD (5) 1 Young's Chadbrook Roux. A most pleasing balanced dog, typical head, well placed ears and eye, fair length of neck, well laid shoulders, easy to span, moderate length of body, has well muscled quarters with good angulation, coat harsh, moved freely, good in topline and tail set. CC and BOB.

2 Bigland's Ardencote Tutor With Heythrop. Smooth coat, fair in head, flat skull, dark eye, a little strong in cheek, has moderate length of neck, body flexible, spannable, smart on the move with good set on.

1 Laird's Drailam Honky Tonk Woman. Head of nice proportions, well placed ears, has good bone, pleasing length of body, easy to span, strong back, slight arch to loin, good set on.

2 Docx's Quite Lovely Of Lovealoch. Smooth coat, a nice size, spannable, has good bone, feet compact with firm pads, overall nice length, tail set good, handled to advantage.

PB (5, 1)

1 Kirkby, Kirkby & Kirkby's Pacolito Recent Rumour. Nicely balanced head, good ear set, well set dark eye with keen expression, good bite, fair length of neck, well laid shoulders, easy to span, had moderate length of body, front movement especially good.

2 Docx's Quite Lovely Of Lovealoch.

JB (2, 1)

1 Roberts & Murray's Mindlen Muskett. Well proportioned head, flat skull, well placed dark eye, good ear set, strong muzzle, good neck, moderate depth of chest, spannable, strong back, would prefer more ribbed back but overall body of nice length with good set on, moved freely. RCC.

OB (5)

1 Hooley's Ch Hoolmark Belle Starr JW. Quality bitch, pleasing head, flat skull, well placed ears, dark, expressive eye, strong jaw, good bite, clean muscular neck of good length, shoulders long, well laid back, legs strong, well boned, nice overall length of body, moderate spring of rib, good set on, sound and free on the move. CC.

2 Bowden's Pacolito Mistress At Llyunamill ShCM. Nice overall size, well placed ears, dark eye, would prefer more strength of muzzle, has fair length of neck, good front, bone and feet, body of moderate length, spannable, steady on the move.
