I should like to extend my thanks to the officers of the club for the invitation to judge & to my steward on the day. I was very pleased to be invited to officiate at this prestigious event, & extend my thanks to all exhibitors who brought their excellent dogs for me to judge. There were many very good exhibits on the day, & I was pleased to see so many quality dogs of the correct size & conformation.

1 Roberts & Murray’s Mindlen Mcallan, well presented compact tri dog, lovely topline, shoulders well laid back & good rear angulation. Keen eye & correct dentition;

2 Storey & Kelly’s Mindlen Arran at Brizanrae, another nice puppy with a good head, clean neck leading on to well placed shoulders, needs to settle on the move;

3 Vaughan’s Parruss Stan The Man.

1 Bigland’s Ardencote Tutor with Heythrop, pleasing youngster with strong muzzle, keen expression, balanced front & rear angulation. Narrow chest, strong bone, moves well;

2 Rimmer’s Maanmanion Doubleshot over Kylini, compact tri, good wedge shaped head with keen expression, nice topline & tailset.

GD (1)

1 Stamway’s Pacolito Patchez betwixt Bramarno, attractive t/w with strong head & jaw. Good topline, muscular, well presented in good condition, nicely angulated moves with drive.

PGD (1)

1 Farrows’ Glencymmreig Two In One, judged this one before & he has improved with age. Spannable, strong head & correct bite, keen eye, nicely angulated front & rear, moves well when he settles down. Smooth hard coat shows off his great muscletone. RCC.

LD (5,1)

1 Baker’s Pacolito Special Edition, strong head with keen dark eye well proportioned & correct dentition. Shown in great condition, coat harsh & dense. Good length to height ratio, well laid back shoulders, strong back & tail set just right. Well angulated front & rear lending drive on the move. CC;

2 Young’s Fairville Target of Chadbrook, compact tri with good topline, thick pelt & harsh coat. Balanced angulation front & rear enables him to move out & cover the ground;

3 Smith’s Tubize Mr Sizzle.

OD (7,1)

1 Roberts & Todd’s Rustic Russell Thor, tri dog of good size, compact & workmanlike. Pleasing head of correct proportions, nice expression, good topline & tailset; 2 Denby-Gardner’s Tubize Mr Wriggle at Ammanday, moved out really well, nice wedge head, balanced angulation, good double rough coat, has matured nicely; 3 Ch Glenholm Happy Go Lucky.

MPB (2) 1 Hall’s Frithgarth Sky Lantern, strong head, nice topline & tailset, rough coat in good condition, moved well;

2 McCluskey’s Chadbrook Bracken, quality t/w with keen eye & correct mouth, nicely angulated & balanced, a little unsettled on the move today.

PB (2)

1 Young’s Chadbrook Electra, lovely tri with great attitude, small but excellent proportions shows great promise. Good head with neat ears & shallow stop. Narrow front, good topline & tailset, moves well. Excellent coat. BP;

2 Harcourt-Morris’ Kylini Prima Dive for Lenacourt, rough coated tri with nicely shaped head & correct dentition. Balanced conformation, moves well. Difficult choice between 1 & 2.

JB (1)

1 Bigland’s Ardencote Teach In with Heythrop, compact t/w, nice head, shallow stop, dark eye. Excellent topline & tailset, with good height to length ratio. Moves with drive.

GB (1)

1 Laird’s Mindlen Freyja, good size, well angulated front & rear, muscular & fit with compact, neat feet.

PGB (4)

1 Tinegate’s Milnvinae Whats The Storey, well constructed, with pleasing head, dark eye, neat ears & correct bite. Shoulders nicely laid back, well angulated both front & rear giving great movement;

2 Smith’s Tubize Miss Fidget, nicely sized feminine bitch, well muscled up, spannable, moved out well for her handler;

3 Blair’s Gonetoground Go Getter.

LB (8)

1 Tinegate’s Milvinae All Aboard, lovely tri bitch shown in great condition with a good head & dentition, dark eye, keen expression, narrow front & well angulated. Good tailset & topline, moves with drive & purpose. RCC;

2 Baker’s Pacolito American Edition, another lovely bitch shown in super condition. Narrow front, shoulders well laid back, correct arch over loin, 1 moved slightly better on the day;

3 Highfield’s Bradpole Beauty.

OB (9)

1 Bowden’s Pacolito Mistress at Llyunamill, beautiful t/w shown in tip-top condition. Very feminine bitch with a typical head, shallow stop, expressive dark eye, neat ears & good dentition. Narrow front, good reach of neck with well laid back shoulders. Spannable, great topline, tailset & angulation granting balance in proportion & movement. CC & BOB;

2 Storey & Kelly’s Pacolito Phardante Pretty, nicely sized & proportioned tri with nice head, good topline, & shoulders well laid back. Moved out well;

3 Storey & Kelly’s Pacolito Rumour Has It at Brizanrae.
