Parson Russell Terriers

I feel the variation of heights within the breed often draws the judges eye away from the overall construction. Thankfully I was presented with good examples to choose from.

1 Baker’s Pacolito Protolythic, well balanced wedged shaped head with dark almond shaped eyes, strong jaw with scissor bite, v-shaped ears, neat slope of neck falling into laid back shoulders, balanced rib to loin, muscular rear with good tailset, easily spanned with loose pelt, moved with drive around the ring.

1 Burnhill’s Bradpole Brymar, this dog just needs to settle as he is of good proportions, balanced head with dark almond shaped head, strong scissor bite, v-shaped ears, neat slope of neck, laid back shoulders, balanced rib to loin, muscular rear with good tailset.

1 Young’s Chadbrook Roux, well proportioned head with good earset, strong scissor bite, neat slope of neck, laid back shoulders, loose pelt, moved well around the ring.

1 Storey & Kelly’s Pacolito Phardante, I have judged this bitch before but oh how she has matured, presented in wonderful condition, feminine wedged shaped head with dark almond shaped eyes, v-shaped ears, strong scissor bite, lovely slope of neck falling into laid back shoulders, neat front, balanced rib to loin, muscular rear with good tailset, easily spanned with loose pelt, moved with drive around the ring demanding her place. CC & BOB;

2 Bowden’s Pacolito Mistress at Llyunamill, another well presented bitch, good head with dark almond shaped eyes, v-shaped ears, scissor bite, good slope of neck falling into laid back shoulders, neat front, good rib to loin ratio, muscular rear giving drive, easily spanned with loose pelt;
