PARSON RUSSELL JUDGE THREE COUNTIES 18

Many thanks to the Committee for the invitation to judge, and to the exhibitors who had to endure a long wait to get in the ring. It was unfortunate that the length of the grass made movement difficult, and that it proved unsettling for some. PD (2) 1. Hughes' Ruffntuff The Son Stays Close, well set ears, nice dark eye with good expression, well boned, correct coat, coped easily with the surface moved better on the day. 2. Biglands' Heythorp Toddhunter, so much to like, lovely head, dark eye, well placed ears, unfortunately could not cope with the surface, which unsettled him.

JD (2)

1. Biglands' Heythorp Task Master, loved his head and expression, good angulation and well set shoulders, moved well in spite of the surface, BPD & RBD.

2. Hughes' Jappatin Statesman of Ruffntuff (ikc), white correct coat, good tail set and angulation, another with problems on the move.

OD (6,1)

1. Blair & Hadley's Cleeve Hill Kasper, such a lot to like, correct head with a typical expression. Well set tail, correct coat, well balanced and sound on the move with rise over loin. This was his day! BD, BOB.

2. Newport's Digaden Pitch Perfect, another with good head and expression, good ear set, nice dark eye, well banced with correct coat, well muscled giving drive on the move.

3. Smiths' Digaden Top Hat & Tails.

PB (2,1)

1. Bigland's Heythrop Tangle, good proportioned head, dark eye, well set ears, correct coat, good bone, well angulated and muscled giving good movement.

PGB (2,1)

1. Shelton's Boultmoor True Delight, typical "varminty" expression, nice head, good coat moved well front and rear.

OB (4,3) 1. Newport's Digaden Runner Bean, lovely feminine head and expression, well muscled, good strong bone, moved out well. BB.

VB (2,1)

1. Blair's Gonetoground Go Getter, hard to believe she's a veteran, very feminine head and expression, well set ears, nice dark eye, in good coat. Strode out well in spite of the ground. RBB.
