PARSON RUSSELL JUDGE THREE COUNTIES 24

I must thank the parson terrier people for such a good entry and allowing me the opportunity to judge their dogs and taking the day’s results with such good grace and sportsmanship. I found the task challenging but thoroughly enjoyed my day

PGD (3,1)

1 Heythrop Tamar (Bigland) Nice steady boy, lovely strong head of good proportions, eye could be darker. Lovely straight front. Moved well.

2 Pacolito Multiplicity with Vixenview ( Woods & Boorman) Lovely head with good dark eye. Nice body and bone. Good tail set. Showed lovely reach but preferred the movement of 1.

OD (3)

1 Ch Pacolito Resurrection JW (Baker) Quality dog of good type and size. Well balanced in general. Lovely proportions of head and body. Dark eye and good ear set. Good straight front legs with tidy feet, nice topline and great tail set. Good solid body and nice angulation, his movement didn’t disappoint, showing true movement away and back. BD BOS

2 Heythrop Toptag (Bigland) Nice head, flat skull, good proportions. He showed a good reach of neck and correct topline with good body and substance. Well held tail on the move.

3 Fox Fur Newark (Woods & Boorman)

VD (1)

1 Digaden Top Hat and Tails (Smith) What a lovely veteran boy of 9 years, enjoying his showing and such a sound mover today. Nice head with good flat skull. Good front and angulation, shown in good condition.

PB (2)

What a supper class, tough decision, two lovely girls with lots of promise and I’m sure will often change positions.

1 Gonetoground Fashion (Nixon) Good head with nice flat skull, nice dark eye and good ear set. Elegant and feminine with a natural good stance. Straight front legs with good topline and tail set. Good angulation and fluid movement round the ring.

2 Deglacobs Rebecca Riot (Baker) Another quality puppy, stronger type and head with good expression, nice shoulder placement, good topline with good tail set. Overall balance and angulation very pleasing. Just preferred movement of 1 today.

JB (2)

1 Scapegrace Faenor (Aspell & Dixon) Pretty girl who was fast on the move with a nice forward reach. Nice head of good proportions, nice straight front legs and good angulation front and rear.

2 Wayward Wanderer (Woods & Boorman) Another feminine bitch, nice head and lovely size. Good topline and nice on the move. Just preferred the front of my first place today.

PGB (4,2)

1 Proveits White Sally (Levitt) Young girl with nice feminine head, natural stance and good angulation with a nice tail set. Moved well.

2 Heythrop Tangle (Roach) Older girl with nice head and alert with good ears. Good angulation and can move alright. Just needs a little practice.

OB (7)

Fabulous class and toughest decision of the day.

1 Tusiquevales Jabberwocky to Pacolito (Imp Ita) (Baker) Lovely balanced showy bitch of good quality. Good strong head and neck and good angulation throughout. Plenty of body and substance for such a young girl. Good top line and tail set, correct proportions. Lovely mover who covered the ground well. Just gave that extra something in the challenge. BB BOB

2 Heythrop Tangletop (Bigland) Another quality bitch. Smaller feminine type but enough bone and substance. A good well proportioned head, good angulation and a really good mover, full of natural class. RBB

3 Gonetoground I Have A Dream (Nixon
