PD.3. 1.
1. Hooleys Hoolmark Johnny Guitar. BP. Most promising, still a baby, but is well made and nice for size and shape.
Good wedge shaped head, dark eye and pleased in neck and shoulder with a correct topline. Spanned well and moved out freely, both ways.
2. Foster & Fullers Hoolmark Paleface. Litter brother to 1 and has similar head qualities. However, he is a little longer cast
and his topline is not as firm. He is even more of a baby, but time is on his side and he moved quite well, though a little close behind.
JD. 1.
1. Newports Digaden Pitch Perfect. RCC. This boy looks as if he will do the job he was bred for. Impressive and should go further. Good wedge and head proportions, dark well shaped eye and good dentition. He has a straight front, clean neck, well laid shoulders and spanned well. He scored in pelt, rib, topline and hindquarters. Free mover, away and back.
PGD. 1.
1. Aspell & Dixons Logierait Loki. What a character, workmanlike with his straight front, well set and carried ears and shown in good coat. Would prefer a better eye shape and for balance is a little short in body. However, once settled, he moved out quite well going away.
LD. 1. 1.
OD. 3. 1.
1. Bakers Ch Pacolito Protolythic. JW. CC. Another quality dog from this kennel. Whichever way you look at him, he is balanced all through. He is well made, has a first class head and a dark, expressive eye with well placed and carried ears. Neck, topline and tailset are all positives and he spanned well. Free mover, straight and true both ways.
2. Blair & Hadleys Cleeve Hill Kasper. Bigger sort than 1, but nice for type with his well proportioned head, strong jaw and good dentition. Has just enough neck, spanned well, with strong hindquarters, but preferred the topline of 1. Full of himself and once settled moved out quite well.
VB. 2.
1. Newports. Pacolito Xpectations. BV. Judged her before and she shows herself off so well at 11 years young. Lovely head and expression and shown in excellent coat and condition. Moved out around the ring as if she owned it.
2. Neilds Logierait Little Lotte. Not as much of her as 1. Full of herself, she pleased in head, with well carried ears and once settled moved quite well.
PB. 3. 1.
1. Newports Digaden Runner Bean. Much to like here and I note she has the same sire as the DRCC. Pushed very hard for BP with her good wedge shaped head, dark, expressive eye, straight front, correct topline and set on. Once settled moved freely away and back.
2. Neilds Logierait Lambie Lalley. Nice head piece and eye, just enough neck, good pelt and spanned well. Somewhat loose in ear carriage and enjoying herself so much, she flew a very gay tail. Moved adequately going away.
JB. No Entries.
PGB. 1.
1. Aspell & Dixons Chadbrook Lady Sahara. Full of herself and looks like a worker. Scores in head shape, eye and well set ears, spanned well and although taking time to settle moved out with drive from a strong rearend.
LB. 5. 1.
1. Smith & Moons Alncroft Tussle. Excellent type with a first rate head, dark, expressive eye, good bite, straight front, clean neck and showing herself off so well. Over extends herself a little on the stand which can affect balance, but her handler soon sorts this out and she moves out so well, fore and aft.
2. Jones Neelans Practical Magic. Nice for size and shape and scores in head, eye, ears and neck. Shown in good coat and condition, with a correct topline, she is a free mover, away and back, though her balance was affected somewhat with an overly gay tail.
3. Newports Digaden Just So. JW.
OB. 5.
1. Smith & Moons Alncroft I Spy. CC & BOB. Star of the show and stood away for me. This mature bitch is a first class example of the breed and she gives the impression that work would be second nature to her. So well made and balanced from all angles, she has an excellent wedge shaped head, good bite and a strong jaw. All this is complemented by a dark, expressive eye, strong, clean neck and correct topline with a good set on. Lovely outline on the stand, with no exaggeration. Free mover, covering the ground so well both ways.
2. Bakers Pacolito Protocool. JW. RCC. Another quality bitch, smaller than 1, but all of a piece and balanced all through. Scored in head, eye, dentition and jaw with well shaped ears, clean neck, well laid shoulders and correct topline. Showed nice lines in profile on the stand, spanned ok and covered the ground well on the move.
3. Bowdens Pacolito Mistress at Llyunamill. Sh.CM.
