SCOTTISH JUDGE LEEDS 09

PD (2)

1. Marshall’s Benartybrae Bugatti. Brindle of nice type and good head developing, good ear set producing good expression, well set tail, settled to move OK. BP.

2. Marshall’s Benartybrae Rumba. Not as outgoing as litter brother and lighter made.

JD (0)

PGD (4.1)

1. Goddard’s Emandem Black Pudding. Nicely balanced young dog, good head and body, well angulated rear construction producing firm driving movement.

2. Hill’s Bonnieanne Norman of Tahgor. Dark eye, well set ears, short back, but carrying too much weight, won placing on overall breed type.

3. Wilson De Roye’s George Lad.

LD (6.2)

1. Montgomery’s Gaterin Brigadoon Sh CM. Dark brindle of nice size, good head and eye, deep bodied with level topline well set tail and plenty of substance behind the tail.

2. Boyce’s Trakside by the Loch. Larger type throughout, well laid shoulders, in good coat and condition, and settled to move at right pace.

3. Rutherford’s Carisco I’m Your Man.

OD (5.1)

1. Kenny’s Ch Willingford Northern Rock. Superb condition and in good coat, nice size proportion throughout presenting good balance and pleasing appearance, well bodied and good set tail, moved freely. Dog CC.

2. Maidment’s Berrybreeze Jubilation. Liked overall appearance and size, but for final placings preferred head proportions of 1, in good coat and excellent presentation Res Dog CC.

3. Gaskell’s Mayson Forgemaster.

PB (2)

1. Marshall’s Benartybrae Charleston. Needs more coat and furnishings to improve overall picture, moving a little close behind.

2. Wilson De Roye’s Yvonnies Bonnie Beau. Long back and would not settle to move true.

JB (1)

1. Beckton’s Kentwella Karamel by Glengracie. Wheaten of nice, strongly made, clean cut shoulders, well ribbed body, good feet and in good coat.

PGB (3)

1. Watson’s Suenala Aye Kandy. Head of strong type with well set ears, good mouth with large white teeth, true driving movement resulting from good rear quarters.

2. Long & Kit’s Elfrica Black Number. Would prefer more neck to improve overall balance, not settling to move.

3. Montgomery’s Gaterin Rhum ‘n’ raisin at Montscot.

LB (8.4)

1. Plane’s Mayson Carnival at Stuane. Quality bitch, excellent balance throughout, good head carried on strong neck, level topline, in good coat, well made quarters resulting in free driving fluid movement. Bitch CC, which I later learned was her 3rd, many congratulations, BOB and pleasure to see her shortlisted in the Group.

2. Chapman’s Berrybreeze Supertramp. Cobby bitch and unlucky to meet 1, generally sound and true throughout. 3. Montgomery’s Scotline Scarlette at Montscot.

OB (7.3) 1. Miller’s Ch Brio Exquisitive. Well made strong bitch, nice body shape and outline, well balanced head, neat appearance, moved free and true. Res Bitch CC.

2. Gaskell’s Mayson Carousel. Did not help handler, nice size and good general appearance.

3. Mahnoudi’s Brio Inquizitive.
