SEALYHAM JUDGE NAT TERRIER 09

PGD (3)

1st. Dooley’s Dursegg Boatwains Mate. A substantial d built on classic lines, just screams “Sealyham”. Good shaped head, on lovely neck, level topline, correct length of back, well ribbed, good tail set with plenty behind giving correct balance. Well placed shoulders allowing freedom of movement, good legs, driving from behind, he simply flowed around the ring. Beautiful white coat, very well handled & presented. Considered highly in challenge,
just lost out on maturity to the older dogs.

2nd. Jones’ Zippor White Rum. Very attractive youngster, showing well. Good balance to head, dark kindly eye with the darkest pigment to rims. Needs to strengthen in topline, but has everything else going for him.
Excellent texture to coat and as such his furnishings will take longer to come. Very promising.

3rd. James’ Nileda Vanguard.

LD (3,1a)

1st. Jones’ Champagne Castle Des Sables Du Nord. Exciting young d, with the most attractive head, of good balance,
tan marked well set ears, dark eye rims, good bite, carries good topline, needs to body up to fulfil his promise.
Excellent texture to coat, well presented, at one with his young handler.
Excells in movement, free, driving & forward reaching.

2nd. Thomas’ Chalan Cheeky Chap At Cibach. A low to ground d,stronger all through than 1, very good for size,
with hard harsh coat, although moved well sporadically, he could not match the freedom of 1.

OD (8)

1st. Winsley’s Davmar Duty Free. Excellent class of quality dogs. Up to size masculine d, with expressive black ears, good width to skull & good length of muzzle with good bite. Kindly eye with dark rim pigmentation. Strength of neck leading to level topline, good shoulders, legs & feet, powerful rear with plenty behind tail. Stood proudly, pleasing temperament shown to other dogs in the class. Comes into his own on the move, just flows, powerful driving action.
Super texture to coat, beauitfully presented. CC.

2nd. Hampson’s Davmar Dollar ShCM. Litter brother to 1, both excelling in movement, very similar in points. Attractive blue marked head, good eye, ears & bite. Lovely body proportions, excellent coat, so well presented,
this d has got better with maturity. RCC.

3rd. Wonnacott’s Jacott Silver Beauty

PB (1)

1st. Thomas’ Cibach Careless Whisper. All white, low to ground b who stood alone, a little in awe of her surroundings. Pretty in head, with good balance to skull & muzzle. Good bite. Adequate neck on well placed shoulders,
correct length of back, lovely rear angulation. Coat shows promise, but a little wooly still. BP

JB (1)

1st. Lewis’ Nomis New Day. Very promising blue marked b, gives lovely outline, best of heads, good bite, dark eye & rims. Elegant length of neck, level topline, powerful rear. Super ribbing to body, covered with excellent coat.
Boy, can she move, when in her stride has good extention & drive. Very good presentation,
I really considered her for the RCC.

PGB(6,2a)

1st. Wonnacott’s Jacott Moonlight Serenade. Pretty tan marked b, with lovely balance all through, good head, I particularly liked her length of muzzle, good bite, lovely kind dark eye. Super neck & well placed shoulders giving free movment, a good handy size, superb presentation to excellent coat. Very well handled.

2nd. Winsley & Holmes’ Polrose Paper Moon. Smart b not quite the coat condition of 1, but showing promise, lovely balance, deep chest, good ribs, level topline & powerful rear showing plenty beyond the well set tail.
Just preferred the balance of head of 1.

3rd. Peel’s Dursegg Athena At Esanar.

LB(5,2a)

1st. Longmate’s Polrose Penny Black For Pendalin. Beautiful blue marked b, stunning head of good balance, small neat ears, dark expressive eyes, good bite, elegant neck, good shoulders, well sprung ribs, lovely rear angulation. Excellent jacket, moved so positively. RCC.

2nd. Wonnacott’s Jacott Starlight. Happy all white b, low to ground & well balanced. Very good coat, well presented, moved & shown well, just preferred head properties of 1.

3rd. Peel’s Dursegg Athena At Esanar.

OB(3,1a)

1st. Lewis’ Ch Nomis New Beginning. Super balance to this black marked b, domed skull, powerful muzzle, dark eyes, good bite, all giving the best of heads, elegant in neck, mature in body & coat, in prime condition. Well laid shoulders, excelling in free front extenstion, good powerful driving rear. Well handled to ger the best from her. CC & BOB.

2nd. Horn’s Ch Zippor Forever Myfyanwy. Smart all white b I have judged highly before, still has lovely head, of good balance, very feminine, excellent in size, shown freestanding with nothing to hide,
just did not match the reach of front movement of 1.

Julie Moyes. Judge
