SEALYHAM JUDGE NATIONAL TERRIER 11

Sealyhams

Firstly I must apologise for my late critique due to one exhibitor wearing an incorrect ring number. This dog was awarded the CC & BOB & was unaware until the certificates were made out that he was holding the wrong dog & ring number & as such my critique is being made out with the names from my judging book & catalogue. It was reported to the secretary & the KC.

Overall I had some quality dogs to go over.

PGD (1)

1 Titchmarsh’s Ornella Mini Cooper, excellently constructed young male, wonderful balanced head, super jawline, correct eye, neat ears that are so nicely set, super arch neck set into good shoulder placement, nicely boned, well muscled & great topline, moved OK.

LD (2)

1 Wonnacott’s Whitepepper’s Saturday Night Fever at Jacott, balanced head, good eye & ear set giving a most pleasing expression. In outline I found him elegant yet all male. Lovely neck, good topline standing & on the move, moved well with drive, in excellent condition & very well handled. A very nice dog;

2 Newbury’s Eleighwater Petraeus, good head & eye, well set ears, level topline, correct tailset, very well presented textured coat, moved very well.

OD (6)

1 Horn’s Ch Kamryan Hey Look At Me, caught my eye as soon as he went round the ring & I was not disappointed when he was on the table. Masculine, excellent head, dark eye, good mouth, large teeth, correct earset, good tailset, beautiful coat, expertly presented, moved & showed like I expected from that construction. CC & BOB;

2 Daly’s Ir Ch Cibach Celtic Connection, not a big dog. Well balanced head, good mouth, well set ears, good shoulders & ribs, coat coming on nicely which was very well presented & handled to perfection. RCC;

3 Hawks & Bledge’s Am Ch Blomendals Born In The USA at Thunder Rd.

MPB (1)

1 Bettis’ Ornella Bella swan, nice smart puppy, good shoulder & coat, moved & showed well for one so young. BP.

PGB (3)

1 Evans’ Zippor A Tale Of Two Sisters at Nileda, lovely quality bitch, appealing head & expression, well placed ears, great conformation, moved soundly with confidence. RCC;

2 Newbury’s Eleighwater Prunella, what a sweet girl, neat ears, dark eye, good construction, level topline, moved freely, presented well.

LB (5)

1 Lewis’ Ornella Mini Neon Now Nomis, well balanced, good type, correct mouth, good expression & level topline, moved true & free;

2 Butcher’s Ornella Tegwens Tango, lovely compact bitch, honestly made throughout & sound in movement; 3 Wonnacott’s Jacott Moonlight Serenade.

OB (6)

1 Longmate’s Ch Polrose Penny Black For Pendalin, very well balanced feminine bitch, well boned, balanced body proportions, strong hindquarters, nothing in extreme, excellent type, very well presented. CC;

2 Lewis’ Ch Nomis New Day, lovely to go over with everything in the right place, good coat, nicely presented, moved out well;

3 Horn’s Ch Zippor Forever Myfyanwy.
