SEALYHAM JUDGE THREE COUNTIES 12

SEALYHAM TERRIER

I should like to thank the Officers & Committee for inviting me to judge at one of my favourite shows, also many thanks to my very efficient stewards. My thanks also go to all the exhibitors for making my day most enjoyable and memorable. My overall opinion of all the exhibits today was very favourable, all dogs were well presented as is to be expected in our breed.

JD (1)

1 Scott's Saore Little Cream Soda. Nice young boy who shows a lot of promise, well shaped & balanced head with a nice eye, lovely neck & shoulders, he has lost a little of his topline at the moment but I am sure this will improve, great rear quarters which he used really well on the move. Nicely presented. Showed both stylishly & happily and should have a bright future.

PGD (2)

1 Thomas' Cibach Connelly. Just loved this boy, oozes quality with Sealy appeal in abundance, lovely example of a low to ground Sealyham, Excellent in head with well placed ears, nice eye, deep chest, lovely neck & shoulders, good topline and tailset, nice hindquarters, beautiful presentation, a little shy on the move but I easily forgave him for this as he has many fine virtues, he is one to watch. Pressed hard for the CC.A pleasure to award him the RCC.

2 Lee's Polrose Postman. Another nice boy, a little taller than 1, and still looks a little immature, nice head with a lovely eye, pleasing topline & rear angulation, excellent spring of rib, coat still needs a little work but of good texture, moved well and steadily around the ring.

OD (5)

1 Wonnacott's Ch. Whitepepper's Saturday Night Fever at Jacott. A top quality young man who was piloted to perfection by handler today, Nice well balanced head with strength of muzzle, clean neck and shoulders, good depth of chest, firm topline with good tailset, not overdone in any way, excellent harsh coat with immaculate presentation, covered the ground with sound & purposeful strides. Presented a classic picture. DCC & BOB.

2 Hawkes & Bledge Am Ch/Ch. Blomendal's Born In The USA At Thunder Road. Powerfully built male in hard muscular condition and very nice to go over, just a little heavy in the head for me, lots of bone & substance, excellent depth of chest, good topline which he held well on the move, well rounded quarters. Spotless in presentation, showed a clean pair of heels as he moved effortlessly around the ring.

3 Tobijanski's Zippor I Will Remember You.

PB (3,1)

1 Scott's Polrose Pritty Pru. And what a pretty showgirl she is, presented in sparkling condition, a most gorgeous feminine head with a lovely dark eye, beautiful neck & shoulders, good topline and tailset which was held well on the move, excellent coat texture, really nice hindquarters, very sound in movement with that degree of Sealy style, very impressive. Best Puppy.

2 Gledhill's Tevant Elderflower. Another nice young lady with lots to like, not in her best outfit today but shows lots of promise, nice feminine head with a good eye, good reach of neck and shoulders, good depth to chest, nicely angulated front & rear, good tailset, very sound in movement.

PB (2,1)

1 Wonnacott's Jacott Joy Bells. A well balanced, nicely proportioned and well constructed young bitch, such a sweet super head & neck, very nice shoulder assembly leading into good straight topline, strong hindquarters, lovely harsh jacket which was put down to the minute, excellent driving movement which was a joy to watch.

LB (3)

1 Lewis Nomis Numero Uno (ai) Liked this bitch for her overall quality, nice head with well placed ears and lovely expression, well laid shoulders, a good depth of chest, lovely rear quarters, presented a nice example of the breed, super size and clean outline completed the picture, presented in professional gleaming style, moved out really well with drive but just lost her sparkle on the move in the challenge. Pleased to award her the crowning 3rd CC. Congratulation. BCC

2 Evans: Zippor A Tale Of Two Sisters At Nileda Sh.CM. Up against a bitch in top form, A well schooled feminine young lady with loads to like about her, beautiful head with lovely eyes, Super neck and shoulders, nice depth, lost her topline on occasions but overall well constructed & proportioned, beautiful coat that was immaculately presented, Moved correctly with drive & purpose.

OB

1 Thomas Cibach Cristal Clear. Another fine example from this kennel, She is blessed with beautiful head, a gorgeous lady that never stopped showing, pleasing neck & shoulders, excellent topline, so balanced and ultra feminine in outline, lovely tail carriage, super harsh jacket, moved out smartly and correctly, I am sure that 3rd CC is just around the corner. RCC.

2 Tobijanski's Zippor Break A Leg. Another quality bitch, unlucky to meet 1 today, excels in breed type and low to ground, nice head with good ear set, excellent front and rear assembly, good substance and bone, level topline with correct tail carriage, very nice presentation, moved and showed well for her young handler
