SEALYHAM WELSH KC 10 Judge: Mr R Wright SEALYHAM JUDGE WELSH KC 10 Sealyham Terrier PD (1) 1 Wonnacott’s Whitepepper's Saturday Night Fever at Jacott. Very smart youngster, balanced & typical, with good head and all properties especially underjaw, bit & teeth, excellent neck, front & forehand, good legs & feet, strong topline and well set-on, nicely angulated, better definition to thigh & gaskin would certainly enhance, good coat well presented, moved with purpose. BP. JD (2) 1 Tobijanski’s Zippor I Will Remember You. Very decent sort, balanced head, good eye & bite, decent forehand, ribs to fill, quarters can develop further, lacking undercoat, moved well. 2 Titchmarsh’s Ornella Mini Cooper. Close up and a nice sort, powerful & strongly boned, decent forehand, topline with well filled rib, impressive muscletone all through, short of coat and just not striding out. PGD (1) 1 Newbury’s Eleighwater Petraeus. Excellent quality and one for the future perhaps, lovely type & balance, lovely head & all properties especially earset, A1 front & forehand, good topline, loin & croup, pronounced quarters, very well presented in coat & condition especially gaskin, showed well. LD (1) 1 Horn’s Kamryan Hey Look Me Over at Topstage. Top class, very typical, balanced all through, super head with powerful jaw, quality ear & eye, the finest quality overall forehand which got him the nod over his elder brother later, excellent ribbing, lovely angulation and hardness of condition, typical presentation of high quality, moved & showed so well. DCC & BOB. OD (5,1) 1 Horn’s Ch Kamryan Hey Look At Me. Top drawer elder full brother to above, with much the same qualities, just preferred shoulder of winner, same 1st class presentation, hardness of condition and a really good showman. RDCC. 2 Wonnacott’s Jacott Silver Beauty. Very nice quality behind the ears, a little thich inskull, excellent front & fore with strong neck and good layback, topline & set-on, well presented and moved soundly. 3 Tobijanski’s Zippor White Rum. PB (2,1) 1 Thomas’ Cibach Cristal Clear. Lovely sort with good balance all through, good head properties, excels in forehand, level with good ribbing to fill, well set-on, good angulation, 1st class presentation with a coat to work on, moved & showed very well. Promising. JB (2) 1 Lewis’ Ornella Mini Neon Now Nomis. Good sort with a great deal to admire, good head properties, nice neck & shoulder, level with good depth to rib, good legs & feet, well presented and moviong soundly. 2 Newbury’s Eleighwater Prunella. Close up and another one with lots to like, just preferred the steadier more fluent movement of winner. PGB (1) 1 Butcher’s Ornella Tegwens Tango. Average sort, OK in head, good ears, bite & teeth, fails in shoulder placement which affects so much else, good topline & set-on, lacked fluency on the move. LB (4) 1 Wonnacott’s Jacott Moonlight Serenade. Excellent sort with many qualities and lovely to handle. Nicely balanced as in head with good ear, eye and strong underjaw, excellent neck into good layback, topline and nicely angulated, well put down in good coat and muscle definition, moved & showed well. BCC & BOS. 2 Lewis’ Nomis New Day. Much to like here but needed to be handled as the out of sync trimming made her look unbalanced. Well headed with excellent properties of ear, eye, bite & teeth, good legs & feet, well bodied with filled ribs, good coat texture, moved truly. 3 Jones’ Tommarv Ruby Sunday. OB (3) 1 Longmate’s Ch Polrose Penny Black for Pendalin. Lovely sort, typical & balanced all through, well headed, excellent front & overall forehand, well ribbed with good topline & set-on, well defined & angulated quarters, very well presented in quality coat & condition though would like more definition to thigh & gaskin, looked the part standing but not putting all in on the move which may have cost her dear. RBCC. 2 Moyes’ Plumhollow Duty Bound. Nice sort with much to like, preferred quality of forehand of winner, well presented & sound. 3 Horn’s Ch Zippor Forever Myfyanwy. Roger Wright |
