SKYE JUDGE PAIGNTON 17

This was my first CC appointment for Skye Terriers and I would like to thank the exhibitors that supported me as it's a long journey for most. Absentees in puppy, junior dog and Limit dog.

PGD

1 Woodhead's Knowlespring Drummer Boy. Long low and level without a doubt lovely strong head, ear carriage supported by long dark fringing, correct bite and nice dark eye, he is supporting a lovely cream jacket, needs to settle on the move as he needs to show his good rear and fore movement and when he does I'm sure his Res CC will turn into CC's.

OD

1 J Curtis : Ch Brakemill Barnum Sh CM. Strong head with all the right features dark eye and correct bite, dark fringing on ears his well presented cream jacket that was covering a strong well muscled body that held a lovely top line on and off the move, this dog takes the ring and never lets his handler down. CC BOB and G2 well done.

2 Parker's Glorfindel Deacon Brodie Sh CM. This boy is an honest Skye Strong head that carried all the right features dark eye correct bite his ear carriage could be stronger but supporting lovely fringing, lovely solid body this dog holds a lovely topline, front and rear, his movement when concentrating and that's his problem is strong.

PB

1 Parker: Tweedsmuir Feebee Mine, this carefree cream baby was putting her handle to the test lovely feminine head with a dark eye correct bite nice ear carriage with dark semi fringing it's on its way, when settled on the table she gave a well proportioned body supporting a good fore and rear, her movement on slowing down was good she just a baby and will get the hang of things I'm sure. Made the first pull in the group.

JB

1 Barrass :Gallondean Foreign Spirit. Long low and level would like to see more jacket on this level, lovely feminine head and a sweet expression from dark eyes correct bite and a good ear carriage, long body and strong topline correct fore and rear, her movement a little erratic and took handler around nicely. BP.

PGB

1 Woodhead: Knowlespring Candy Cane. This lovely cream bitch has everything I was looking for lovely three L'S head strong but kept the girly stamp, dark eye with correct bite strong ear carriage supporting long dark fringing, good neck line slopping down to a well proportioned body, fore and rear good all covered with abundant cream jacket, movement was distracted by what was on the ground but she settled in the challenge and gave me what I was looking for. CC and BOS.

2 Downes: Tweedsmuir Star Wonder Among Tsuki. Dark silver bitch supporting a lovely jacket, head good supporting a lovely soft dark eye correct bite a little shorter in body than 1 but good fore and rear and moved with purpose well handled.

LB

1 Zvezdina's Juger Edleweiss Mary Poppins (Imp). Cream Bitch in lovely cream jacket beautiful head dark eye, correct bite and strong ears covered by heavy dark fringing, I would like to have a little more length on body, good fore, movement I have seen this bitch performing better lost her topline wasn't happy on the day.

OB

1 Curtis' Ch Brakemill Brair Rose. This bitch I have liked for a long time presented in a lovely dark silver jacket, strong feminine head, lovely dark eye, good bite, ear carriage good supporting lovely fringing, well muscled body that held a strong topline stacked and on the move, good fore and rear, movement was not this bitches normal performance with handler trying to rein her in and still not settled in the challenge. Res CC.

2 Breeze's Ch Salena Sliver Sapphire. I also love this bitch presented in lovely condition, a little longer than 1 lovely feminine head lovely dark eye and correct bite, strong ear carriage carrying full fringing, body frame not as strong as 1 good rear and fore, good flowing movement.
