SOFT COATED WHEATEN BLACKPOOL 26 Judge: Mr Martin Phillips Thank you to all the exhibitors for spending the time for my opinion on this very hot day, both exhibitors and dogs did very well considering the heat. RDCC Ch/Am/Can/Int Ch Silkcroft Freeze Frame JW Jww18 Bel Jch (Satherley & Satherley & Bye). BCC Ch Silkcroft Fortune and Glory JW (Satherley). RBCC Silkcroft Going Viral (Satherley). BOB Ch Silkcroft Fortune and Glory JW (Satherley). BP Silkcroft Going Viral (Satherley). BJ Eblanahalls Gold Fascinus JW (Lui). BV Eblanahalls Honeytrap JW (Lui). PD (3) 1 Silkcroft Play On Repeat (Satherley)- 3 different puppies in this class, maturing at different stages at the moment, my winner being a 7 month old male, mature for his age, good size and bone, well balanced standing and moving, good head plains with a nice eye, clean in front and well laid back shoulders, well sprung ribs, firm topline, well angulated hind quarters, good extension back and forth, ok for coat texture at this age. 2 Denzilly Making Waves with Sawheaten (Francis)- 11 month old, another quality pup, pleasing head with strong underjaw, ok for neck and front, ok for body shape for age, tail set well on top, just needs to settle in front movement. Presented in good coat. 3 Fantasa Blonde Z' One NAF (Dunhill-Hall). JD (1) 1 Eblanahalls Gold Fascinus JW (Lui)- 12 month old male, took my eye as soon as he came in, lots to like about him, excels in overall outline, correct head with a lovely eye and expression, correct sized ears, good strength of jaw, correct length of neck with strength, good layback of shoulder and depth of chest, clean in front, ok for body at this age, firm topline, tail set correct, excellent quarters which he uses on the move, short in hock, lovely young male to watch on the move, in excellent form, pushed hard for the RCC. PGD (1) 1 Sumirick Eye of The Storm (ai) (Gent & Lees)- A very nice 19 month old well balanced male, pleasing for head and overall type, very good neck and front assembly, ok for body for age, strong well angulated quarters, moved freely round the ring, just a little unsettled today. OD (2) 1 Ch Flaxela Illuminati (ai) JW (Clarke)- 4 year old male, well worthy champion, has all of the essentials for his title with the correct head plains, well balanced body, correct length of back, short firm loin, tail on top, pleased to award him the CC, in the challenge against the bitch, I think the heat unfortunately got to him today. 2 Lakkas Yankee Sweet Silkcroft (Imp Swe) JW (Satherley & Satherley & Wynter)- 3 year old lovely quality male who pressed hard for the class, has all the essentials of a Wheaten, pleasing head, correct neck and shoulders, strong short coupled body with a good tail set, good hind angulation, impressive side gait on the move. VD (2,1) 1 Ch/Am/Can/Int Ch Silkcroft Freeze Frame JW Jww18 Bel Jch (Satherley & Satherley & Bye)- 8 year old male, took my eye for his quality and type, balanced from nose to tail, good strength all around, excellent body, well coupled, excellent coat, moved well back and forth, pleased to give him the RCC, unfortunately the heat got to him in the Veteran challenge today. PB (1) 1 Silkcroft Going Viral (Satherley)- Top quality pup of 10 months, oozes type and quality, such a beautiful picture standing and moving for one so young, lovely head and expression correct body for age, lovely size with excellent bone, such a free moving puppy back and forth, very outgoing temperament, excellent coat for age, stole my heart. Pleased to see she's the daughter of my BOB winner, she carries the same traits. RCC and BPIB. JB (1) 1 Silkcroft Just Like Magic (Satherley & Satherley & Bye)- Stood alone today, this 15 month old is a very pretty bitch of correct shape and size, lots to like about her, the only criticism would be I'd like a bit more of her all around, very sound. LB (6,4) 1 Eblanahalls Kiss Curl JW (Lui)- Nice quality bitch of good type, I liked her head shape and strength, correct neck and shoulder with good depth of chest, good coat, free mover around the ring, handled well. 2 Denzilly Waking The Witch (ai) (Dowdy)- Another bitch I liked, excelling in quality and type, correct head, nice eye and expression, Good front assembly and overall body, tail set on top, just didn't cover the ground as well as the winner today. OB (4) 1 Ch Silkcroft Fortune and Glory JW (Satherley)- Star of the day, this bitch has everything you require to be a top winning Wheaten, loved everything about her, nothing I would change, well deserved to get the CC and BOB and to follow on with a Terrier group win, her movement alone is so foot perfect round the ring and to finish it off she's got the temperament of a true show girl, handled as she should be. 2 Fantasa Blonde Xtasey at Molistra (Witheyman)- Lovely bitch, another well worthy champion, lots to like when you go over her, clean head plains with neat ears, correct length of neck with good layback, pleasing front with good depth of chest, excellent body and short coupling, plenty of substance without coarseness, well angulated quarters with short hocks, covered the ground well in this heat. 3 Ch Flaxela Flirtini at Daisymaes JW (ai) (Howes). VB (3) 1 Eblanahalls Honeytrap JW (Lui)- This 8 year old took my eye as she came in the ring, lots to like about her, so well balanced, correct head neck and body, good bone without coarseness, covered the ground so well for her age, with excellent side gait, piloted well by this young handler who got the best out of her. BVIB. 2 Ch Denzilly Raspberry Beret (Paton)- 7 year old bitch, good for balance and type, pleasing to go over, carrying a bit of weight today, which didn't help her covering the round. 3 Ch Silkcroft Place Your Bets (Satherley).
