SOFT COATED WHEATEN RICHMOND 23 Judge: Anthony Brooks (Loofahsa) SOFT COATED WHEATEN JUDGE RICHMOND 23 RICHMOND CHAMPIONSHIP DOG SHOW 2023. Judge : Mr Anthony Brooks ( LOOFAHSA ). Thank you to the committee for the invitation to judge at this show, my special thanks to my stewards Valerie Hawker and Matt Wenman for running things smoothly . Thankyou to all exhibitors for your entries, I appreciate all the hard work you put in preparing your dogs for this show. On one of the hottest days of the year, fortunately SCWT were first in the ring. However, the performance of some dogs were possibly affected by the heat. Overall, I found most exhibits were sound, however I feel toplines need to be watched with a few sloping toplines and some bum high. There were several where I would like darker eyes and eye rims, temperaments were excellent. Veteran Dog ( 2, 1 ) 1st Norkett Lui's Eblanahalls Aye Right. Irish coated 7 ½ year old male with a lovely silky texture to coat. Masculine well balanced head with dark eyes and big black nose, good reach of neck and level topline, moved ok but was surprisingly lacklustre today and lacked his usual enthusiasm.
