SOFT-COATED WHEATEN TERRIER C OF GB, 31/10/15 I would like to thank the committee & the club for the honour of being invited to judge at the championship My BIS was the balanced, compact & typical Boast’s Denzilly Tickle Me Elmo, who was just giving that little bit extra in performance on the day; RBIS, was the young exciting RBD, Dunhill’s Fantasa Blonde Qiwi, a good example with balance & movement; BOS, was the BCC winner, Tanner’s Kariskye Born To Bewitch, a lovely girl with all the attributes, close up in the end decision; BP, the promising baby girl, Rogers’ Kizzahla Kiss And Tell, lots of exciting times ahead; & BV, the honest & typical 12 year old enjoying her day out, Ch/Ir Ch Snowmeadow Jellybean Jilly. MPD (2) 1 Jones’ Wheaten Rebel’s Voice Of Vision, good type youngster working well with his handler, good head, promise in coat & body & on the move; 2 Moult’s Silkcroft Rhyme N Reason, good overall in outline, balance & shape, he has a nice head, bone & substance coming through, not quite the harmony with the handler to push this 6 months old further today but lots of promise with the right work. PD (4) 1 Pascoe’s Calvenace My Sweet Lord for Middlebury, smart youngster with the outline & head, good balance through frame, has a good front, topline, muscle & bone, good flow to the coat, he moves keeping his shape, very promising. BPD; 2 McFerran’s Kirktonhill Cara Dilis, compact with the balance & shape, head to develop, good bone, front & chest developing, nice topline & moved OK at times; 3 Moles & Williams’ Celtannia Extra Suave. JD (5) 1 Blandford’s Janeyjimjams Joshua, good quality youngster with the overall balance & compact shape, good typical head & muzzle, strong bone & muscletone, best mover in the class, coat coming through in loose curls, considered in the challenge; 2 Charleton’s Janeyjimjams Jonah, progressing well, litter brother of 1 with good promise in head, neck & topline, he has a strong rearend & more to come in chest & body, he has the tail carriage & is a good mover; 3 Catlow’s Flaxela Too Fast For Love at Just Jingo. YD (2) 1 J Joshua; 2 F Too Fast For Love at J J. ND (3) 1 J Joshua; 2 J Jonah; 3 Souter’s Saffini Follow My Love. GD (1) 1 Johnson’s Kinaflan Halsey, smart showy dog with head/muzzle strength, good neck, topline & body, development in chest & loin to come, moving well in side action, the right coat & more to come from this lad. PGD (6) 1 Meister & Brooks’ Silkscroft Crests Of Waves, loved the head type & balance in skull to muzzle, he’s good through his muscular neck, strong body & solid rearquarters, well set tail & coat coming through, excellent on the move & strongly considered in the challenge, his time will come; 2 Bristow’s Denzilly Sweet Destiny for Avard, strong quarters, shape & style on this boy, he carries type in head, neck, front & chest, he is balanced, has a full compliment of coat, would prefer slightly better shoulder angles but moved OK; 3 Mackenzie’s Kirktonhill Rumour Has It. MLD (4) 1 Howes’ Stevelyn Kings Call of Sunnidayze, typical dog with good head, skull & muzzle, used ears well, nice front, body & tailset, good on the move when he tried, coat OK, more to come as he settles in to his career; 2 Calvert’s Amaricy Bullet Proof, excellent head type with the front & outline, more development to come in balance & shape, good overall action on the move; 3 Moles & Williams’ Wheaten Goblins Eros for Celtannia. LD (6) 1 Dunhill’s Fantasa Blonde Qiwi, won this class on the move with his angles & flow through head, neck, front & rear, I liked the skull, jaw & muzzle, covers the ground with ease on the move, he’s true in front & rear action & has a good body to mature & finish in coat, accuracy on the move gave him the RCC in the challenge; 2 Thorburn’s Northridge Got An Go, loved the head & neck, good coat cover, has the action, topline, build & balance, is of a great type, but a little longer in loin losing the short coupling; 3 Revis’ Tiareko Niflheim’s Wizard. OD (12) 1 Boast’s Denzilly Tickle Me Elmo, impressive upstanding dog of balance & compact structure, good type through head, length of skull & jaw, he has the front, chest & neck, well build body & topline, he was moving well with purpose, carries the coat to finish the picture. CC & BIS; 2 Fallon’s Ch Janeyjimjams Jenson, quality dog with a typical balance through head, skull, jaw & muzzle, he’s strong in muscletone through body, topline & rearquarters, not quite the performance on the move today & coat could have been a little better, but still an outstanding dog, close up; 3 Williams’ Snowmeadow Peregrine Piper. VB (10) 1 Howes’ Ch Daisymaes Arabella, lovely girl enjoying her day, she carries the type in body & head, good overall in outline & coat cover, she has the jaw & strong teeth, was moving well to take this competitive class; 2 Dowdy’s Ch Denzilly Toot Sweet, 8 years & carrying a typical head with length & strength, she is well made through front, neck, chest, topline, loin & rearend, she moves well, taking this spot & as a mother I see the dam of BIS; 3 Bain’s Merrywell Midnite Melody. Vintage B (8) 1 Munn’s Ch/Ir Ch Snowmeadow Jellybean Jilly, good to see a girl I have judged before looking in excellent shape, 12 years & still retains the type, balance, front, beautiful head, strong body, coat & well carried tail, she was moving with purpose to take the class & BV; 2 Rogers’ Ch Kizzahla Katinka, coming up 12 years & belying her age with strength in body & topline, she’s compact with the head & tailset, she’s active & showing the youngsters on the move, my pleasure to go over her; 3 Griffiths’ Wintrypark Miss Goodnight with Manawyddan. MPB (6) 1 Griffiths’ Manawyddan On The Move, beautiful outline on this youngster, she has the promise in type, compact body & overall balance, she has the head, front & rear with chest & loin developing, lovely for action & coat cover; 2 Satherley’s Silkcroft Aurora’s Encore, 6 months & so promising, I liked the growth so far in type, she has the compact shape, is excellent on the move with the coat coming well, I see her dam is my RCC winner so hope she follows in her footsteps; 3 Hanna’s Celtanna Extra Confident at Kinaelan. PB (8) 1 Rogers’ Kizzahla Kiss And Tell, compact strongly balanced girl with an appealing head type, she’s growing well in body & rearquarters, she’s good in overall outline & was moving at the right pace to show her attributes on all angles, I liked her attitude. BP; 2 Moles & Williams’ Celtannia Extra Chic, smart type with the balance & shape, has the long head, straight front, topline & rearquarters, moving with the reach in front & drive at the rear; 3 Johnson’s Loofahsa Rouboos. JB (5) 1 Hughlock’s Janeyjimjams Jolene, beautiful youngster, compact, balanced from head to tail, topline & chest development, she’s good type in head & neck, has the movement & is an exciting prospect for the future, litter sister to the junior dogs, quality; 2 Barrett’s Saffini Sugar And Spice, 13 months old, in the right outline & balanced frame, liked the head type, strong neck, topline & tailset, she is built on good angles, moving easily to take this spot; 3 Gent & Lees’ Flaxela My Secret Love. YB (7) 1 Satherley’s Silkcroft Sky Full Of Stars, upstanding typical quality girl, compact with the outline, shape & balance, she has the head length, skull & earset, well built front & tail, moved better to take the class & considered in the challenge; 2 Thoburn’s Northridge Who Are You, close up with the shape, balance & outline, flows through neck & topline, alert head & expression, she has the coat, the type but moved a little less enthusiastically than 1; 3 J Jolene. NB (3) 1 J Jolene; 2 Suckling’s Glensallagh Cicrzo, Irish type with the head & front, smart & with the attitude, good mover, not quite the coat but has the body; 3 Godwin’s Linatina Jamaica Me Crazy. GB (4) 1 Shrives’ Emalot Santa Maria, impressive girl with the outline & balance, good through head, neck & topline, better front action than 2, smart mover on the carpet; 2 Satherley’s Silkcroft One Step Closer, lovely typical head with the neck, front, body & rear angles, soft coat & moving well on side & rear, just front to improve; 3 Hammond & Evans’ Calvenacre Jacala. PGB (11) 1 Macgregor’s Kirktonhill What I Believe, alive & alert with the outline, balance & shape, good through head, chest & body, compact outline, soft coat & accurate on the move, great attitude; 2 N Who Are You; 3 Bredemear-Walters & Walters’ Gwendonydd Gwenith Aur. MLB 1 Hammond & Evans’ Calvenace Kichi, sound & compact, I loved the type in head, outline & balance, she is good in overall profile, neck & tailset, well built in chest & body, she moved to win the class; 2 Howe’s Stevelyn Black Magic Woman, good potential in this lovely girl, she is slightly longer at present in profile but carries the head type, coat & muscletone in the rearend, more to come as she fills, moved OK to take this spot; 3 House’s Glendowan Kora. LB (8) 1 Dunhill’s Fantasa Blonde Queen Bee, lovely for type & balance, good through skull & muzzle, strong jaw & alert expression, has the front, neck, body & rib, carries the tail & coat texture, she was moving to show her best action & take the win; 2 Herbert’s Calvenace She’s The One at Julibidd, strong headed girl with the length & strength in skull & muzzle, she has the balance although slightly longer in loin, good on the move in front & rear, she went well in a competitive class; 3 Griffiths’ Maayddan Brigid. 2 Satherley’s Ch Silkcroft Colour Of Magic, another quality girl, very close in the end decision with her beautiful head & outline, she’s strong in neck, front, body, chest & topline, she has a lovely coat cover with the soft curls, she has a powerful backend giving her the drive on the move, not quite the lay of shoulder of 1 but does not distract & well handled taking the RCC today; 3 Salisbury’s Killeshin Libaneire. 3 Roger’s. JEFF LUSCOTT STAKES – Judge JOHN ALLEN At the end of long day there were some tired exhibits plus handlers, nevertheless a big thank you for a fantastic entry of over 40 in the stakes classes. B (11) 1 Hill’s Janeyjimjams Jive Queen, feminine bitch of a nice size, pleasing outlook & expression. Flat skull defined stop, ample reach of neck leading to well laid shoulders, level topline, good tailset, moved well; 2 Blandford’s Janeyjimjams Joshua, upstanding & masculine throughout, strong quality head, well laid shoulders, level topline, good tailset; 3 Hughlock’s Janeyjimjams Jolene. P (8,2a) 1 Johnstone’s Loofahsa Fiamma Rouxboos, promising bitch of correct size, flat skull, dark eye, good pigmentation, scissor bite, good reach of neck running into well laid shoulders, level topline & good tailset, lovely coat colour & texture, moved & handled well; 2 Moles & Williams’ Celtannia Extra Chic, pleasing feminine head, well placed ears, eye/pigment/bite all good. Compact & foursquare, level topline, tail well set on, moved well. Close decision with 1; 3 McFerran’s Kirkonhill Cara Dilis. Members (22) 1 Moles & Williams’ Kinaelan Cashique of Celtannia, super balanced bitch on top form, compact & foursquare, not exaggerated in any way, good head planes, flat skull, dark eye, good length of muzzle & excellent scissor bite. Straight front, good reach of neck & lay of shoulder, level topline, good tailset. Well off for bone with good muscletone. Moved with purpose & drive. Coat of good colour with required fall of wave which shone under the lights. Put down to the minute; 2 Gent & Lee’s Flaxela My Secret Love, another well balanced bitch, pleasing in head, dark eye pigment & good bite. Ample reach of neck, level topline, tail on top, coat colour & texture good. Moved well; 3 Williams’ Ch Brynhir Rochelle Lil Roc. JOHN ALLEN
