SOFT COATED WHEATEN JUDGE PAIGNTON 11

Soft coated Wheaten Terriers

Some really quality dogs here & the overall presentation seems to be constantly improving, I did however find a lot of very poor mouths, so perhaps its something to watch.

PD (1)

1 Dunhill's Fantasa Blonde Neville, really stylish puppy with all the essentials, super head, pleasing neck & shoulders, short coupled with pleasing turn of stifle, moved & showed well, must have a very bright future. BP.

JD (4)

1 Wright's Kariskiye Horrid Henry for Abbeymead, really showy young dog, good head, lovely neck & shoulders which gave him quite a presence, lovely body, nice short level topline, moved well coming & going, really lovely young dog. RCC;

2 Fallon's Janeyjimjams Jenson, good dog, nice head, beautifully compact with short loin, nice level topline, good hindquarters, moved well. Just thought 1 had shade more neck;

3 Satherley's Elkis Aquila of Silkcroft.

PGD (1)

1 Johnson's Garsayno Gold Freeman, fairly good, well proportioned but just a shade heavy in skull. Lovely level topline, good short strong loin, overall well put together, pleasing turn of stifle, super hind movement, one of the few with a correct scissor bite.

LD (1)

1 Warman's Glendowan Butterball Brown, fairly good head & excellent expression, lovely front & excellent front action, good topline & nice turn of stifle with tail well set on.

OD (7)

1 Dunhill's Ch Fantasa Blonde Kaos, a truly great dog with superb ring presence, lovely head & ears, super neck flowing into well laid back shoulders, short level topline, super turn of stifle, tail well set on, coat of superb texture, beautifully presented, pleased to see him placed in the group. CC & BOB;

2 Rogers' Ch Kizzabhla Pompey Royale, very good dog & another worthy ch, nice head, good neck & shoulders, excellent body, lovely turn of stifle, moved well. Just a shade longer in loin than 1;

3 Bristow's Lilwaukee Leroy Brown for Avard.

PB (2)

1 Rogers' Kizzahla Dreamsicle, nice clean well proportioned head, good bite, pleasing neck & shoulders, good topline & tailset, good turn of stifle, excellent body for age, good coat & colour, moved well, very promising;

2 Robin's Purdingley Maid O'The Moment, lovely puppy, nice head & eye, good neck & shoulders, lovely body, topline & backend, has all the essentials but just would not behave.

JB (4)

Two lovely young bitches in this class with little to choose between them.

1 Satherley's Silkcroft Colour Of Magic, pleasing head & expression, good shoulder placement, short level topline with correct turn of stifle, moved well, lovely coat & colour, tail well set on, very promising. RCC;

2 Escott's Silkcroft Light Fantastic, pleasing head & eye, well placed shoulders, compact, well coupled bitch with good topline, correct turn of stifle. Little separated these two, just thought 1 moved fractionally better;

3 Tanner's Kariskiye Born To Bewitch.

PGB (3)

1 Ford & McMurray's Kanjuley Scarlet And Gold, very nice bitch, sadly lacking in coat. Pleasing well proportioned head, lovely neck & shoulders, deep chest, very short coupled, fairly good turn of stifle, moved really soundly, one for the future;

2 Grant's Kellynack The Fabulous Fox, fairly good head, really compact & well coupled, good coat, moved well. Not quite the neck & shoulders of 1;

3 Jefferies' Cuddly Keira.

LB (6)

1 Atyeo's Glendowan Guiding Star to Kanjuley, very pleasing head & eye, good neck & shoulders, short level top with tail well set on, good turn of stifle, moved well, good coat of excellent texture;

2 Withington's Fantasa Blonde Lilley, good bitch with pleasing head, good neck & shoulders, short coupled, tail well set on, coat of good colour, sound;

3 Bristow's Kellynack Viva La Passione for Avard.

OB (6)

1 Morrey's Tobamorrey Aint I Precious, lovely head, nice neck & shoulder, excellent topline, very short coupled, pleasing turn of stifle, super tailset, moved really well, all the essentials. CC;

2 Dunhill's Fantasa Blonde Krackers, lovely bitch whose turn at the top will surely come, nice head, excellent neck & shoulders, lovely topline & turn of stifle, good colour, moved soundly;

3 Munn's Snowmeadow Oolla O'Luna.
