STAFFORDSHIRE BULL SOUTH WALES 23 Judge: Dave Lee I would like to thank Officers and Committee of SWKA for the invitation to Judge Staffordshire Bull Terriers and the warm hospitality that greeted Me. I also extend my thanks to my two ring Stewards Maz Anne Stokes and Gavin Argyle for keeping proceedings running smoothly. And finally, my appreciation to all exhibitors for supporting both SWKA and myself as your Judge. All 3 Great Veterans. 1 Lewis’s Ch Biggleswick Splash of Ginge Red still in superb condition picture of balance and moves so soundly. BV. 2 Rowe and South, Illori Akinlana JW ShCM VW B/B another veteran that defies his age carrying many of the 1 attributes. 1 Johnson’s Tillcarr Fire Soldier lovely B/B with a well-shaped head, well set ears, dark eyes. Correct mouth. good future propect. Best Puppy in Breed shortlisted in a very strong Puppy Group. 2 Kirk, Rochelle, Rochelle & Watson lovely Red lots to like about this youngster, dark eyes, pleasing head, good dentition, straight front tail well set with adequate hindquarters. Best wishes with him. 1 Mayren’s Fergiestaff Polar Bear Red? White mature pup possessing strong head and dark eyes, well carried ears, correct mouth movement good. 2 Cychol’s Kylestaff The Hitman well balanced B/B has lovely head shape dark round eye, tidy ears, good rib not the movement of winner. 1 Sleldon’s Kamaristaffs Royal Ransom at Bowtman JW, gleaming coat, well balanced head to body proportions, neatest of ears, dark round eye, giving typical breed expression, strong foreface with correct bite, strong front with well padded feet ample ribs, strong in loin well made rear quarters good reach and rear drive Dog CC and BOB. 2 Feathers’ Nitatona Bettle Crusher Red/White who has lots to like about him lovely head dark eyes and well set ears, neat ear shape and carriage, good lay back shoulder, strong loin with well angulated hindquarters with good muscle tone moved positively. YD (8,1) 1 Kirks’ Kirstaff The First Avenger JW impressive Red caught my eye immediately and wasn’t disappointed when put my hands on him, pleasing picture of balance and conformation in superb fit condition, neat ears dark eyes, good bite, strong front, well ribbed strong in loin well-muscled rear quarters sound in movement. Well deserved Reserve Challenge Certificate. 2 Hinsleys’ Earthquake Staffs Wear it Well at Tigerbull (Imp Esp) Red / White lovely head neat set ears, dark round eyes good bite short blunt foreface well placed shoulders good rib, short in back well set tail, moves well. Preferred the stronger hindquarters on winner. 1 Wilson’s Northstaff Nightmare fits the standard like a glove, good head shape, dark eyes, neat ears blunt foreface, correct bite, true expression, strong balanced body strong over loin, strong well angulated rear hindquarters, moves soundly both ways another to watch in the future. 2 Payne’s - Elhasaff Dark Knight, eye catching B/B, in superb fit condition strength in head dark eyes, strong jaw neat ears, good in rib well-muscled hindquarters, active dog when he settled down he moves soundly. LD (9) 1 Blow’s -Scoutor Rouge One JW Dark Brindle White Chest strong head, ears well set strong blunt foreface, with good bite, good in front with well placed shoulders well padded feet strong pasterns, well ribbed and strong in loin, strong rear quarters moved soundly particular rear drive. 2 Butlers Alport on Tour at Ethernalco super balanced B/B with great head shape eyes are round and dark, good bite clean in lip, moderate length of neck into well lay back of shoulder ample rib, strong angulated hindquarters moved purposely and true. 1 Couzens and Coombes. Ch Niatona Arlo Coombes eye catching red/white nothing over exaggerated well balanced throughout super headed dog with dark eyes neat rose ears short strong foreface, strong front good depth of brisket strong well-muscled rear, well set tail, level topline positive sound mover. 2 Regeer, Regeer, Holme - Int Ch Goldstaff’s Make An Entrance B/B/W dog that carries excellent virtues, superb in head dark round eyes neatest of ears, good bite clean in lip, strong front, hindquarters well-muscled good front reach and good rear propulsion very little too separate 1&2. 1 Rowe and South- Illori Akinlana JW ShCM VW 2nd in Veteran Dog. 1 Robinson-Cox Studstaff Sugar and Spice of Hamson JW ShCM Red with black Mask Lovely head with well carried rose ears, dark eyes strong foreface, and good bite correct front well placed shoulders good spring of rib strong hindquarters well set tail moved positively both ways. 1 Scanlan & Scanlan -Dringshaw Tranquility among Pantycelyn red and white who carries a clean head, dark eye, neat ears correct bite, clean neck set into well placed shoulders, good set tail, moved well when she settled down best puppy bitch. 2 Metcalf Alport Countin Starz with Darkridge lovely B/B liked her head darkest of eyes neat ears, good bite well shaped body ample hindquarters. 1 Preston’s- Kahamaia Circle of Fire youngster who I predict a bright future lovely head shape dark in eye correct bite, clean in lip, neck of moderate length developing body proportions moves well even though she is still a pup. 2 Constant’s Sikaistaff Cask Strength two very similar pups both carrying good virtues another who could have a good future. 1 Cartwright’s Elitebull Skyfall JW judged this impressive B/B previously and she is developing into surely one for the top balanced throughout lovely head dark round eye correct bite straight front with well placed shoulders well off for rib well angulated hindquarters well set tail moves soundly best wishes with her. 2 Robinson Cox- Studstaff Sugar and Spice of Hamson JW ShCM Red and White who has the quality to go the top loved her clean lines, her head is well shaped with dark round eyes neat ear carriage, good bite, strong front and lay back of shoulders ample spring of rib muscular hindquarters moves so soundly. 1 Land’s Zivannaz No Stopping Me Now at Winzack a red in superb fit condition carries a feminine head showing no weakness clean tight lips strong teeth and under jaw straight front good spring of rib strong loin on muscular rear quarters, tail well set on moved true with good reach and drive. 2 Lloyd-Williams Cwmhaf Cariad very similar type to winner in a superb condition who has a lovely head shape and ear carriage dark eyes, with a correct bite well balanced body moves well around ring, another that will have a good future. 1 O Candela Alport Cerridwen Lux J CH stunning B/B from this kennel who’s pleasing to the eye, She has the Quality to reach the top lovely head shape with near rose ears, dark eyes, clean neck of moderate length set into well placed shoulders, strong front with well padded feet, well developed rear sound in movement figured Highly. 2- Rowe and South Illori Constellation unfortunate to meet 1 in such good form only separated by the minutest margins gleaming B/B who is also an eye catcher in a balanced super fit condition. Class full of Quality exhibits difficult decisions. 1 Quinns Callastaff Five Years at Bowferry JW, gleaming B/B everything I was looking for fitting the standard to a T Quality throughout carrying Breed type and conformation lovely head dark round eyes near well set ears well placed shoulders in a strong front strong pasterns, good spring of rib, strong in loin, well angulated hindquarters, well set tail moved well pleased to award her the Challenge Certificate, I was pleased to be told that this was her 3rd CC and Champion Title subject to The RKC approval. Congratulations! 2 Crawford and Wilson - Northstaff Bay Bomber for Crowstaff JW stunning B/B from this kennel she carries all the winners virtues. Kept in superb fit condition well done I’m sure this girl can make it to the top Best Wishes with her. Another class of Quality with little to separate. 1 Wall’s - Goldwyn She’s The One well deserved Champion Red that is so well put together lovely well head shape, well set rose ears dark round eyes strong foreface good detention clean tight lip, good forequarters well placed shoulders, well spring of rib, strong in loin strong rear quarters good bend of stifle moves soundly. Reserve Challenge Certificate. 2 Hirst and Bibby Ch Taraiel Dua Lipa one whom I’ve admired from the ringside well deserved Ch standard B/B that carries quality throughout, lovely head shape dark eye neat set ear, good bite,well laid back shoulders well-muscled rear, moves with drive. 1 Rowe and South Illori Constellation JW 2nd in Post Graduate Bitch. 2 Bainborough’s - Vadeliza Box of Trix B/B with well-shaped head neat set ears, dark eye good bite, straight front, shoulders well laid, angulated hindquarters moves well. |
