STAFFORDSHIRE BULL JUDGE SOUTHERN COUNTIES 13

Southern Counties CA 1st June 2013

SBT: MPD (1)

1. Gardner’s Labrastaf Curious George. Just 6 mths old but developing nicely, short muzzle, flying ears at the moment, neck of good proportions, body coming on well, still needs to firm up on the move.

PD (3)

1. Asker’s Dazmarnic I’ll Ave Arf. Red standing square, another not using ears to advantage which tended to spoil expression, good eye, nice mouth, well laid shoulders and good substance to hindquarters producing good movement. BPD.

2. Ryan’s Ruberricla Black Starscream. Nice outline and overall shape, let down by rear movement.

3. Chaine’s Jodel’s Flasharry.

JD (10.2)

1. Owen’s Chezatree Sonny Boy.Solidly made throughout, nice head profile, looked better when not overstretched, sound mover.

2. Payton’s Tonpay Barmy Army. Nice expression coming from well balanced head, straight front, good substance, needs to be more positive on the move.

3. Durand’s Ohanabulls Harvester of Sorrow.

YD (5)

1. Booth & Grimwood’s Ramblestaff Dirty Cash. Stood apart in this class, standing and on the move, strong well balanced head, clean cut front, good topline well set tail.

2. T Barmy Army.

3. Hart’s Albermarbull Red Riot JW.

PGD (8)

1. Moore & Cullum’s Eclypstaff Rude Boy. Attractive young dog, nice head with good stop, good bite, small dark eye, straight front with nice turnout of feet, moved OK.

2. Hirst & Bibby’s Taraiel Dizzie Rascal JW. Very nice type but another whose expression was spoiled by not always using ears to advantage, solidly built throughout.

3. Nicholson’s Rowansblac Luvly Jubbly for Ballindona JW.

LD (11.1)

1. Hyde’s Sedgbred Black Diamond JW. One I have judged previously and liked before and opinion has not changed, nice breed type, broad skull, well muscled, dark eye, good expression, liked overall profile and topline, not as positive on the move as he could be, but his positive virtues made up for this. CC.

2. Choma & Matviakova’s Satip Sorboss at Vrabarbull. Close decision, one I liked a lot, but not the outline as winner.

3. Fletcher & Seedhouse’s Granitangel Supergiant.

OD (12)

1. Reaney, Jackson & Karlsson’s Waystaff Super Trooper at Rolenska. Another class where decisions were tight and were decided on marginal issues, but when asked to move again this dog came into his own, nice overall size, occasionally flying his ears, topline could be firmer. Handler got the best out of this dog. Res DCC.

2. Robbins’ Antrobuss In The Red with Jakastaffs JW. Upstanding red dog, clean cut and demanding attention, well bodied, deep brisket with well sprung ribs.

3. Matthews & Patrick’s Absolute Star.

V D/B (4)

1. Thomas’ Sunnystone Steel Magnolia. Good mouth with large white teeth, alert and agile, in super fit condition which was amply demonstrated in her true movement.

2. Fletcher & Seedhouse’s Granitangel Solar Flare. Standing a little wide in front and not in same condition as winner.

3. Hirst & Bibby’s Ch Taraiel Trinity.

GC D/B (1)

1. A In The Red with Jakastaffs.

MPB (8.1)

1. Jackson’s Jackabyte I Shud Coco. Smart young pup making her debut, liked overall development at this stage and just needs time, moved better when she held her head up. BPB and BP.

2. Norris’ Dynastaff Indian Summer at Songarin. Broad skull with well set ears, nicely made shoulders, would prefer a firmer topline.

3. Jones’ Rougestaff Flaming Ice.

PB (2)

1. Butler’s Seenworstaff Storm Warning at Joemikeste. Strong built young lady, nice front, jaunty and outgoing on the move.

2. Asker’s Dazmarnic Kiss N Tell. Not as good expression as 1 and carrying a little too much weight.

JB (8)

1. Rhodes’ Crumkill Gidimon Girl at Teracota. One for the future and I will watch her career with interest, nice overall size and shape, clean profile, good mouth, nicely boned, body coming on well, moved very well, head just needs to develop further to complete the picture. Res B CC.

2. Boulton & Hayton’s Albermarbull Moulin Rouge at Dusklight. Nice overall type, good head with short muzzle, clean neck outline, well made shoulders, moved OK.

3. Byrne’s Manark Maggie May.

YB (4)

1. Jacksons’ Aus Ch Strongstorm Style is Eternal at Jackabyte. Nice head shape and substance, clean front and well made shoulders, would like a little more positive on the move.

2. Scott’s Jamborob Ekundu Malkia at Lunarouge. Spirited red bitch, head of good proportions, well angulated hindquarters with well let down hocks.

3. Moorcroft’s Ashbull Omee.

GB (2)

1. Thomas’ Sunnystone Olympic Dream. Nice type and size but moving a little loose.

2. Wilks’ Pureonic Angel Delight of Jevaces. A little up on the leg at this stage, and not always using ears to advantage.

PGB (8.3)

1.Robinson’s Jefmor Fire and Ice of Hamason. Good breed type throughout, nice head profile, small eye, good mouth, strong neck, good balance and substance, moved OK.

2. Hart’s Jazzygem Cherry Red Albermarbull. Good honest sort, clean cut, well muscled, not quite the presence of 1.

3. Durand’s Fangorn Des Guerriers Pacifiques.

LB (9.1)

1. Coble’s Surestaff Valentina. Nice overall size and shape, presenting neat outline, good head, strong jaw, clean cut front, movement was just enough to win this class.

2. Martin’s Alvis Northern Lights JW. Good solid type, true mover, but preferred overall balance and type of winner.

3. Smith’s Rowelstaff Red Ember at Willowstaff JW.

OB (7)

1. Booth & Grimwood’s Ramblestaff Jorja on My Mind. Bitch demanding attention, balanced throughout, strong head, good expression, nicely balance neck and shoulders, good topline, close coupled, moved soundly. Bitch CC.

2. Nicholson’s Ballindona Bombshell. Another well made bitch and unlucky to meet 1 today, Powerful head with good bite, well sprung ribs, moved OK.

3. Dickenson & Stewart’s Devils Angel.
